River House, Amazing views and direct river access
The 'River House' is a special place on the water over the Georges River at Oatley. You cannot live closer to the river unless you are on a boat. Outside is amazing with balconies and private jetty. Enjoy the views or engage in watersports from the jetty.
Coffee shops, licenced premises and public transport are only minutes away. Bring your own boat or jetski, enjoy our paddleboards/kayak or just sit back and enjoy a great place to eat and relax.
The space
The top floor has the main living area, kitchen and main bedroom with queen bed and ensuite. Downstairs accommodates 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 3rd room has a double bed with a single bunk above. Sleeping can accommodate 9 guests. Main bathroom with bath and separate shower is also located downstairs. There is also a second lounge & TV. Laundry has a washing machine and dryer with a 3rd toilet and direct access outside.
Both floors have large balconies with plenty of outdoor seating to take in the spectacular views.
Entry to the Property from the street is a short walk down a few stairs to the inclinator. The inclinator will then take you to the top level of the house. The inclinator can accommodate approx. 280 kgs (3 adults) per trip . It can be called to the top or bottom remotely for additional trips.
Guest access
As a valued guest you have access to the entire house and jetty. The yard however still needs some attention and we ask you avoid this area.
Both TV's are smart TV's so please bring your subscription details to login.
NBN Wi-Fi is available and login details are in our welcome booklet.
Other things to note
The Inclinator access is not for everyone. Please consider that this is the only access to the house. If you are not capable of using the small number of stairs to the inclinator please think twice. Children need to be with an adult whilst on the inclinator. There is also supervision required at all times outside the house with children as there is direct access to the water which cannot be fenced.
