The Pavilion offers over 300 square meters of beautifully designed living space, spread across two spacious levels. Step inside and be greeted by multiple living and dining areas that flow seamlessly onto sun-drenched alfresco settings, all designed to make the most of the magnificent waterfront panorama.

Incredibly comfy sofas to stretch out on to enjoy the amazing unrestricted view. Bundeena is still a sleepy gem so close to Sydney.

This is a beautiful property. The setting is absolute waterfront and the floor to ceiling windows maximise the view.The House is well appointed and great for a large family who can spread out in different areas. It is about 200 m to the beach. You don’t need to get in the car for days. I would definitely recommend this property.Sanjay was attentive but not intrusive.The cricket tragic in the family loved the room names

It was a complete pleasure hosting Janice and her family of eight at our Bundeena Waterfront Pavilion. From the moment they arrived, communication was easy, friendly, and clear. I was particularly impressed with how well they looked after the home; managing waste for a group of that size can be a challenge, but Janice handled it perfectly. The house was left in fantastic condition. I’m so glad the "cricket tragic" in the family enjoyed the room names and that everyone was able to relax and take in those waterfront views. I cannot recommend Janice highly enough to any future hosts—she and her family are welcome back anytime!

Great Accommodation

Our family had the best time at this accommodation. Will consider coming again as it was super convenient to go to the beach. Communication with the host was superb and they were really helpful when we made a booking error. Highly recommend

Absolutely stunning!

Memorable Experience, Breathtaking views and a wonderful host. It lives up and beyond the expectations of what is shown in the pictures. Clean and well maintained property.We stayed there for family getaway and host was kind enough to allow us an early check-in considering our situation with an infant. We will be going back sometime soon.

5 star view in a great location

We had a fantastic 2 night stay at the Pavillion. The spectacular view is clearly the draw card but the house is well appointed and comfortable. There is plenty of room for dining and relaxing in the living area. It’s great having the bedrooms separated and upstairs. The sunset from the seating area just above the rocks can’t be beaten. We would happily return to the Pavillion.

Book this property! Most stunning home!

This was an absolute stunner of a property. Beautiful location and easy access to the shops, wharf, beaches! We had the best time here. The hosts were more than accommodating- they responded quickly and politely and ensured the lead up to check in was a breeze! We saw dolphins everyday in the ocean - was absolutely the best stay us group of girls have ever had! 100% recommend this stay! Jemma & her team were fantastic guests at the pavilion. Jemma is an excellent communicator, sensible, independent, neat in checking out and stuck to the house rules. She has been upfront and honest to seek prior approval about the event, Bridal shower for ten. Spotting pods of dolphins at the Bundeena Waterfront Pavilion is truly a hidden treasure and is quite a frequent recurrence during the calm waters. I am glad that Jemma team enjoyed their big bonus of the stay. We hope to welcome back Jemma team at the Pavilion again, anytime.

Brilliant house in a great location

Beautiful property to share with friends. Great spaces for gatherings, both inside and out. Easy access to a choice of beaches and walkable distance to the ferry and the local shops. The complete glass frontage was stunning. Breathtaking view and glorious sunrise. It did make it difficult to keep cool - however, we were there on the hottest day/night in Sydney for over 100 years. Upstairs air conditioning is great. Kitchen has a wonderful layout, but some additional pots/pans, knives, chopping boards would be helpful to complete the full kitchen. Body wash was missing from the showers too. Small things, really. The house and location made for a wonderful weekend. Thank you.
