The 2700+ sq ft cabin has a large sunroom with scenic views of the grounds and channel, 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, full laundry with no water restrictions and enough room for 18 to eat, sleep, play and relax.

We will be adding some awesome outdoor items for the summer of 2024.

1) GOLF CART!!!! 4-Seater club car electric golf cart!! What better way to run from the water to the cabin than in a golf cart. It's about 500' of beautiful lawn from the cabin to the shoreline. This will assist in getting you and all of your belongings from the cabin to the water with ease.

2) Huge new dock with ladders in 2 locations. 12' of water at the dock so plenty of room to swim and have fun.

3) Large boulder fire pit area. Those smores will taste better than ever while cooking them with a view of the water.

4) Outdoor hot tub! What better way to wind down after a long day on the water than to sit in a hot tub with your favorite drink and watch the sun go down over the Pinawa channel.

5) Paddle Boat! our property is a great place to have fun in the water. This summer we will be supplying a paddle boat to our guests!

As you approach the property you start to understand how connected with nature it truly is. From the amazing waterline with an ice fishing shack, to the orchard around the original farmhouse, this is truly a nature lovers paradise. Upon entering the cabin, you are greeted by a massive mudroom. This is a great launch pad for all of those outdoor activities and adventures. After the mudroom you will find a large kitchen with beautiful, vaulted wood ceilings for that rustic, but not too rustic feeling. Off of the kitchen the main floor also boasts 2 bedrooms, full bathroom and laundry. The log walls / ceiling in the main rooms are accented by an amazing classic fireplace for a warm and cozy atmosphere. Once you exit the sitting room to the front veranda you really get to see this amazing property with great views of the grounds and waterfront. The basement is spacious with 2 waterfront view bedrooms, a rec room, a den, full bathroom, and entry / exit to the yard and channel.
