Luxury Cabin on the creek, with sauna, in Lac Du Bonnet, Manitoba (sleeps 8)

We are in 160’ of water frontage with our own private dock. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil Creekside Cabin getaway! Relax in our new barrel sauna. Located less than 10 minutes from the town and surrounded by some of Manitoba’s most pristine golf courses!

The space:

Our new open concept cabin is 1508 sq ft featuring a huge, custom gourmet kitchen and coffee/bar station as the star of the show! It’s perfect for morning coffees, happy hours and night caps. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to entertain your guests. Belly up to the quartz bar for a drink or enjoy a lake nap on our custom designed, gel insert, extra deep seating sectional. Our huge front windows overlook the Creek and there is so much wildlife to hear and see! The deck is huge and is calling your name! It wraps around the majority of the cabin to the back door entrance and is equipped with outdoor patio furniture and fire table, outdoor dining table and chairs, swing and nest chair to enjoy the beautiful lake views and summer sunsets. We added a record player to the property so don’t forget to bring your favorite vinyl!

We have 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 beautiful bathrooms and a laundry/Mudroom. The primary bedroom has private doors to the deck, a walk-in closet and 3 pc ensuite with tile in-floor heat and a gorgeous tile shower with high end plumbing fixtures, a wall hung toilet and a quartz, dual vanity sinks

We are situated on 1 acre of grass and trees so there is ample room to play volleyball, badminton, lawn games (supplied for our guests) or just sit around and enjoy nature on this very quiet street. We have 2 brand new smart flat screen TV’s so you can cozy up and catch a movie or show. There’s also lots of games for indoor playing located in the lower bar cabinets.

The landscaping and fire pit area is ready for your enjoyment! Pull out the s’mores and beverages and enjoy the great outdoors! We cannot guarantee propane tanks will be full for each guest rental however, if you have to fill them, please save receipts and send to us for reimbursement.

Feeling adventurous and looking for something new to do? Head on down to our brand new dock and drop a fishing line in the water, or jump in one of our kayaks and explore the creek or lake (2 min paddle into the open lake water). Our dock is great for water sports but not recommended for swimming off the dock.

Beach bums! There are 3 public beaches within a 10 min drive. One is in the town of Lac Du Bonnet, and one is at the end of Wendigo Rd. Another great beach is in the town of Pinawa! Don’t forget to check out Hoopla Island!

Are you a golfer? Head out to Black Bear, or the famous Granite Hills or Pinawa golf courses - all close and nearby!

Tubing! Another fun adventure is heading out to the Pinawa Channel to do some lazy river tubing (so fun!) Pack your cooler and stay for the day!

If hiking is your thing, then you must visit the famous Pinawa Provincial Park and old Pinawa damn. Set out on hikes or explore the town of Pinawa and grab a bite to eat at one of their local restaurants or treat yourself to some ice cream.

Feeling hungry and need to grab some food?? Need to pick up some groceries to make dinner? The town of Lac du Bonnet is only 10 Mins from the cabin and has a few great grocery stores to check out! Don’t feel like cooking? There are a few restaurants and bars in town (Santa Lucia, Ice Cream Baller, Grans Bakery, Chicken Chef, Hotel, Subway, Chinese etc) where you can pick up some take-out or head out for dinner and let someone else cook for you! There's also a cute little Ice Cream Stop and a local coffee and sandwich shop, and the best fresh cinnamon buns and treats can be found at Grans bakery in town. There’s a Rona, Home Hardware, Dollar Store, bank, liquor store, and many other great local stores for your convenience. Shop and support local!

We really hope our guests will enjoy their relaxing stay at Creekside Cabin! We poured our heart and soul into this build over the winter with our spin on, lake life! We wanted to ensure we could offer you a different, modern experience to make your vacation easy, exciting and comfortable leaving you with long lasting memories! We are truly honored you chose to book your experience with us but please no partying/no hosting events or large groups or exceeding more than 8 people on the property at any given time. Please respect our neighbors and stay off the neighboring properties at all times including the shoreline.

Please note: nest door bell camera at main entrance. Upon guest checkout, you will be required to take all your garbage with you from your stay. We do not have trash pick up services through the RM. There is a dump nearby, if required ($). Please bring your own firewood as we do not supply firewood for guests and any firewood onsite is not intended for guest use. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us!
