Renovation Updates
The pickleball courts will be closed for refurbishment from May 18 to May 22, 2026. Thank you for your understanding as we make this important update.

Please note the Electrical Vehicle charging stations will be undergoing an upgrade from June 16, 2026 to June 18, 2026.

The Shade activity center will be undergoing a renovation from June 8 to June 19, 2026. Please anticipate closures and minor construction noise during your upcoming stay.

Desert Springs Villas I will be undergoing an enhancement project from June 1, 2026 to Oct. 31, 2026. During this time, guests may experience limited-view obstructions if located in this building. Additionally, anticipate minor construction noise between the hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
