This is a strictly non-smoking property, inside, outside and in common areas.

-Mandatory Fortnightly clean with sheet change for bookings 14 days plus at AUD $480

-Additional clean fee for bookings two months or more at AUD $480

-Accidental lock out or failure to return keys to lock box at exit $175 (if used)

This property is not suitable for any house party or event.



In accordance with our terms and conditions, we require a government-issued ID and a selfie to confirm the booking. The ID must match the name on the reservation before confirmation can be sent.



You will receive a secure link where you can safely upload the required documents. Once the booking is confirmed, a confirmation notice will be sent to you.



Guests will also be required to add a valid payment method and choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a pre-authorization bond (which is not an actual charge on the card unless damages occur).
