This freshly presented home spans three levels with flexible living and dining spaces, a modern kitchen and a renovated bathroom plus a second powder room. All three bedrooms are a good size and include built-in robes. Step outside to a private courtyard with secure off-street parking, or walk straight through the rear gate into Whites Creek Valley Park and onward into Rozelle Parklands. Located under 10 minutesâ walk to local shops, buses and Annandale North Public School, and about a 15-minute walk to Lilyfield light rail, itâs an ideal base for exploring Sydney.

Annandale is a leafy, historic inner-west suburb about 5 km west of Sydneyâs CBD with a strong village feel and wide, tree-lined streets. Itâs known for its well-preserved Victorian and Federation architecture, heritage buildings and relaxed atmosphere. Thereâs a small commercial heart along Booth and Johnston Streets with cafĂ©s, boutique shops and local eateries just a short walk away, and plenty of parks and green spaces for walking or relaxing. Public transport is simple with bus and light rail nearby, making the city easily accessible. The area attracts families, professionals and longer-term residents who value proximity to the city without sacrificing a quiet, residential character.
Getting Around:
Single car Parking is available at the rear of the property via the back lane, and ample parking is available (unlimited for free) on the wide street frontage. The property is located under 10 minutesâ walk to local shops, buses and Annandale North Public School, and about a 15-minute walk to Lilyfield light rail, itâs an ideal base for exploring Sydney.
Other Things to Note:
All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
