Very nice property with great ocean views right in the beach. Quiet neighborhood close to several nice beach restaurants. Very relaxing stay.

We enjoyed the location and proximatey to the beach! Great job on all the utensils and appliances! Having drinkable water was also definately a plus! We all had a good time and enjoyed our stay very much!

Location is everything

This property was perfect for our weekend beach getaway with four adults, five kids, and three dogs. All of the amenities we needed were included (even water toys). And the outdoor shower was very convenient. The best part was the location. We were steps away from the beach. I spent most of my time on the deck just watching the Gulf. Awesome!

The great view

The house is right at the beach. It will give you a warm feeling when you walk in. There are 5 gallons of water for you to drink, cook, you name it. Besides, there is a good lady who will answer your call and be ready to help you with whatever you need.

Pros: location and layout of house were great. The house is located right on the beach access which was very convenient. AC was cold. Good parking under the house. Nice outdoor shower. Cons: the house was not as clean as you’d expect it to be. The beds had sand, the floor was dirty, prior guest’s underwear behind the bedroom door, corroded faucets. The knives were rusty. When we removed the sheets from the master bed the mattress protector had huge yellow stains. The fan in the guest bedroom did not work. We text the guest contact person and was told there are two fans in the house, however there were no fans in the house. Was then told they would bring one in the morning but we told them not to worry about it. The lack of cleanliness was just more than we could overlook. If that is improved this would be a nice stay.

I'm always looking for ways to improve the guest experience, and I wanted to respond to a few of the concerns you mentioned:-I’m truly sorry to hear about the cleanliness issues. That’s not the standard I hold for my home, and I’ve already followed up with my cleaning team to make sure extra attention is paid moving forward.-The mattress protector has been replaced, and I’ve made sure all linens and furnishings are checked thoroughly between guest stays.-The guest room fan is also going to be addressed, and I may add a backup fan to ensure future guests have what they need to stay comfortable.-I appreciate your kind words about the home’s layout and location — it’s one of the things I love most about the space, and I’m glad that part of your stay was a highlight.Thanks again for your feedback. It helps me keep raising the bar, and I’d love the opportunity to provide a better experience in the future.

Cute beach house

This property was so cute. Perfectly decorated, stocked with starters, cute folded towels, anything you might need cooking wise (pots,pans,cooker,coffee,utensils, chip clips, even a margarita machine!), responsive host and well maintained. During our stay we got hit with a tropical storm for 2 days. The house held its own the porch was more than accommodating to sit and watch it over the ocean. The home has spectacular beach views from the porch, the sun hit just right all day to sit and read a good book. Beach access was just a few steps away. Traffic from the side beach access road did not have heavy traffic at all. The beach shower on the lower level was nice with hot and cold water and plenty of room to move. I do wish it had a door though. But it was spacious enough to get in and wash the kiddos off really good before heading back up. There was pleanty of room for everyone to be inside and hang out and pleanty of beds for everyone. We will definitely be staying again!

Weekend relax

The home was clean. Needed some updates in the kitchen. The stove worked fine but looks like someone spilled something on the top burner and didn't do a very good job of cleaning it up. The TV did not work. In fact it was scrambled. Looks like the cable bill wasn't.paid??? Internet eventually worked but could not HDMI out phones to get a screen on the TV. The location was great. Couldn't ask for a better spot. The bathroom has some mold on the tiles but that Texas. Tina did respond to texts and phone calls but it did not resolve the TV issue. . Saturday nights really bring out the locals. Drag racing on the shore, multiple police presence and people who just do foolish things, like drive into the water. Really did happen. But it's a great place to rent for two or three days. Had everything we needed from utensils to toiletries. did not scrambled. We cou
