Great property

Great location. Property manager responded quickly to any questions. Property was clean and had plenty of kitchen stuff. Toaster and hairdryer did not work though. Need to replace some of the chairs and a wagon added would be a plus since there is a nice walk to the beach.

How this property is rated a 5-star exceptional is beyond me. We have been property owners utilizing VRBO for 20 years and understand what it takes for a 5-star rating. This is a Rental Unit and it shows just that. Bring some house shoes or flip-flops because the floors are worn and filthy. Fortunately, the management company was professional and very responsive to any inquiries. In my opinion this property has absentee ownership in which depends on the incoming revenue. I typically would not provide a negative review although, in this situation for renters traveling afar you need to be informed.

Great stay and gorgeous views!

We really enjoyed our stay in Treasure Island and this condo was a nice spot for our little family. It is on a corner unit and only on the second floor up from parking, which meant at least there weren't too many stairs to trek up - and the elevator was an easy option! We loved how it was located right along the walking trail and the expansive walk to the beach, while tiring, was beautiful. The beach was lovely! The only down side overall is that this poor town is certainly still recovering from the hurricanes. While the pool was still in working order, there was much of the deck that was in rough condition and taped off. The public access beach next door was entirely shut down, and many of the restaurants and nearby resorts were closed. Certainly no fault of the property owners, but something to be aware of! Sending best wishes that they are able to recover quickly. The property itself was good, only critique there is that it would have been nice to have a few more of the "necessities" available - like an extra trash bag or two. We especially enjoyed the comfortable king size bed in the primary room, with access to the balcony. Overall, a fun stay!

Couple Stay with Children Visit

Quaint condo, well appointed with everything we needed. Area recovering from hurricane, Treasure Island is on the mend. Any hiccups with property were immediately addressed, communication was seamless. Great location, lovely beaches, fun nightlife, highly recommend.

Treasure Island, Surf Beach Resort #306

Overall, the stay was great as usual. We have stayed a few other times at this particular complex - not this unit. Thankfully it did not sustain damage to the units but you could see the fence & pool decking were damaged from the hurricanes. Some of my comments: Our A/C unit crapped out on us the first morning. The contact person info I had was notified promptly so the situation could be remedied sooner than later. Condensation was building up on the windows & it got pretty humid & uncomfortable in there. Finally as we were leaving on our last day, the HVAC contractor came to replace the A/C unit. I will be reaching out to the contact person to request a refund on our rate due to the inconvenience of the out of commission A/C. Overall, this particular unit could use some refreshing & deeper cleaning, like the carpeting in the bedrooms felt "sticky" and the corners in the bathrooms were kinda nasty looking. The tub/shower combo can be very slippery & dangerous that a person could slip & break a hip. The absence of any sort of grab bar in the shower was a little unnerving with the threat of slipping. It is overall a great complex to stay at with the proximity being right on the ocean (only 800' away) and closeness to the other walkable businesses. If we decide to return to Treasure Island in 2025, we definitely prefer to stay at this condo complex.

Another great stay!!

This is our second time staying here and we had another great stay! It has everything we need. The condo survived the hurricane nicely. This unit has an awesome view of the beach and is in close proximity to all our favorite places. We have already booked for next year. I would recommend this condo.

Perfect location to all things along the shore. Place was peaceful during the night. Still much to do with property from the hurricanes, but nothing that inhibits having an easy, clean, and safe property close to the beach

Surf Beach Condo

We really enjoyed our stay. The beachfront location was perfect and the view from the spacious corner balcony was really awesome. Loved the trail behind that lead to all of the popular restaurants and shops. No car needed.

Perfect Place for our family of 5

We enjoyed staying here, even though the weather wasn't ideal. Was perfect for the 5 of us. Loved having things for the beach, the pool and grills. The sunsets from the balcony were the best too :) Would definitely stay here again.

Great condo, great location

This is a great place to stay, clean, right on the beach and walking distance to restaurants. The condo was the perfect set up for our family of adults and kids, and we appreciated the washer and dryer, dishwasher, and the pool. Good clear instructions from the host at check in and check out. Would stay here again!

Family beach vacation

We were very impressed with Treasure Island! The beach was gorgeous and this property was actually closer to the water than the pictures show, in my opinion. The condo met our needs and I enjoyed my morning coffee watching the beach from the balcony before the heat kicked in for the day. The property is walkable to a lot of ice cream shops that my kids enjoyed. My only suggestion would be to replace the bedroom carpets with tile. Thanks for a great trip!

wonderful apartment in a wonderful condo

The apartment was very cleaned and well furnished. The iTRIP company was very efficient in sending and handyman in a few hours since I reported a little inconvenience. I was very satisfied about the condo too, well kept, well cleaned, everything working. The bbq area was really usable and pleasant. also the pool was attractive and well kept.

Great beach condo

Stayed a week in this condo. Was comfortable for our family of 4. Very well stocked condo from towels including beach towels to a well stocked kitchen. The view and easy walk to the beach was enjoyed daily. There were beach chairs and a cooler that made the beach even more comfortable. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Johns Pass is just over a mile from this condo. The host was very responsive and helpful. We would stay in this condo again.

Perfect beach condo

Everything was great. Condo was spacious with everything we needed. Location was awesome with a spectacular view of the gulf. Really enjoyed watching the sunset from our patio each night. We will stay here again, exactly what we were hoping for!

Nice break from winter weather

My friend and I booked this place for a short get away. It was a great location, clean, and had all we need to get started. The use of instacart was perfect since we did not rent a car. Walkable to many places, or used Lyft to get around. Pool was nice and clean. Great beach access and boardwalk. Would definitely come again.

Beach Getaway

Cute ,clean condo on the beach in the best location with the best amenities! Big enough for a family of 6 or 7 depending on ages! Everything you need for spending time on the beach(coolers.chairs.sand toys.beach towels. Beach umbrella) making packing so much easier. Great restaurants and nearby shopping! Close to Johns pass and all the St.Petersberg beaches! Always fun things to do and a space your able to relax in! 2 bathrooms were fantastic! The washer and dryer was very handy and the well supplied kitchen was excellent ! We loved the vacation journal that all the previous guests wrote in and we did as well!! Lots of ideas on things to do😀 we loved Surf Beach and plan on returning!!
