The condo was clean and well kept up. All my sisters were very impressed with the property. Only issue was how far it was away from the beach. My sisters have walking issues and was not able to walk out and view the ocean. So if you are able to walk the location is great.

The room was awesome! It was enough space for myself, my husband, my toddler, and a friend! I loved having a kitchen with everything we would need! We also loved the balcony!

The sunset views, 3 minute walk to beach, soft sand and clear water was perfect. Slept and accommodated 4 women perfectly.Great location in Treasure Island. 20 minute walk North to John’s Pass (by beach or sidewalk) 5 minute walk South to Ricky-T and Sloppy Joes. And 10 minute walk South to Publix. Definitely will return.

This property had great views, was in a good location close to ice cream and stores, and was very comfortable. We used the balcony every morning and evening and there was always a nice breeze. Check-in was simple and there were enough towels and supplies for our stay. We really enjoyed it and would stay here again.

You cannot beat the location in Treasure Island! Right on the beach. The owner also provided a free daily activity through a service- like bike riding, museum entrance or other activities, which is a really nice added benefit!The unit is older with some updates but in pretty good condition and clean (but not immaculate, which is hard when you're this close to the ocean and have a heavy rotation of guests). The furniture was nicely appointed and the mattresses were comfortable. We loved having an ensuite master bedroom with a king size bed - that can be hard to find at some places in the area.Most people aren't doing much cooking on vacation but we like to make breakfast and thought the pots and pans, left something to be desired. There wasn't one large pan to make a batch of scrambled eggs- just a couple smaller pans. Unfortunately, other guests have obviously used metal utensils, so the nonstick pots and pans are scratched up. The owners provided plenty of plastic utensils- it seems like guests do this everywhere (I don't know why!) But replacement pots and pans are in order. Also, we reported an issue in the master bath of a sewer odor and reported it to maintenance. They responded promptly and came very quickly but couldn't find the issue however the odor lingered off and on. Due to that, we would definitely rent in this building again but maybe not this exact unit.

Treasure Island stay

This was our third year staying here and it never disappoints us! Great condo with everything we need. Love the view and pool and hot tub. The boardwalk in front is awesome for a nice walk. Close proximity to some frat local restaurants. We will be back next year!
