Wonderful stay in fabulous location

Fabulous accommodation in wonderful location. Superb views over beach and gulf. Many restaurants nearby. Very well equipped with everything required. Attractively furnished. We will definitely return. .

Great location!

Very happy with our stay! The communication and check in process was super great. The view from the balcony was priceless and the walk to the beach was so quick. The decor and furniture is a little outdated but everything was pretty clean and that’s all we really care about. They had multiple coolers and chairs available which was very helpful as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect family getaway

Great trip with family. My husband and 2 teenagers stayed from Friday - Thursday. The condo was just as described and pictured. Really appreciated the beach towels and chairs. Great location, the pool and beach were wonderful. The neighborhood was good, felt safe . I would recommend to any family. Beautiful views and sunsets!

Great place for short stay in Treasure Island

Condo as advertised with great view of Gulf from balcony. Beach chairs and towels available for easy walk to beach. Quiet neighborhood. On boardwalk. Easily walkable to local restaurants and Johns Pass.

We were looking for a place to stay with east beach access and good views of beach from balcony. This rental provided this. Nice walkway to several food and bar options. Easy walk to John’s Pass.

We have stayed at this property for 4 years. Location is excellent, communication is quick and they are responsive, take advantage of some of the deals I-trip will offer you. My one complaint is that the living room furniture is getting old and tired. The couch and love seat kind of sag in the middle but if you are outdoors most of the time this might not be a problem. The second bathroom could have been a little cleaner ( especially in the corners of the floor) The view is fabulous and it's just nice to have more room to spread out. They provide starters for everything (kitchen dish soap for hand and dish washer, paper towels, shampoo, soap, conditioner and laundry. Keep in mind these are just starters. The bathroom supplies are only about 1.2 -2oz. All in all a super base for the Treasure Island and surrounding areas.

Wonderful rental for a girls' beach weekend

This rental was perfect for our group of 4 friends for a girls beach weekend. We have stayed on this property before and we love this unit the best. It's very clean, well-maintained and having a corner unit provides additional views and lots of natural light. The kitchen is well-stocked and had everything we needed. Good communication (and quick responses) with the property manager and they were very accommodating to our additional request. We will be booking again for next year!

Great corner unit condo with north eastern views of the sunrise from the master bedroom and great balcony views of the sun setting over the water. There was space for 6 people comfortably and Netflix available. We spent our mornings on the beach and afternoons by the pool. The team at iTrip was very helpful and responded quickly when needed. Please make sure your clothing or towels do not have excessive sand, as it will clog the washer. Upon arrival we wanted to wash our travel clothes and found the washer clogged along with beach towels from the unit inside it. The team sent a technician and he was able to sort out the problem, unclogged the drain and motor of sand. Take care of this place as if it was your own. We will definitely come back.

Overall we had a great time at this condo. Extremely clean and the views are incredible for sunset. We were able to walk to the local restaurants and it is a short drive to Johns Pass. Would stay here again!

Nice time

Nice place. Property and grounds are well kept. Easy parking and the area felt safe. A bit of a walk out to the beach, but it’s nice. We didn’t think the beds were super comfortable, but everyone has their own opinions on that type of thing, I’m sure some people would say they are great. I thought the pillows were really nice though. I would have loved a comfortable chair on the balcony to sit on, but none of the units had anything like that so there may a rule with the HOA stipulating what they can have out there. I did like how the outdoor dining set was tall so you could see over the railing while sitting there. Just some added info, the ice maker must not be hooked to water because it never worked, so if you need ice for drinks, be sure to buy some. Also if you need fan noise to sleep, bring it with you. Overall, nice stay.

Great view overlooking beach and ocean! Walkable to John’s Pass. Clean however bathrooms could use some cosmetic work. Would stay again.

Great place to stay!

The condo is a little dated but overall a very nice place to stay. Loved the beach view and having laundry and 2 bathrooms were very nice too. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean. Loved having ping pong, shuffleboard and bags a available for our teenager and the heated pool was never very busy. Great location within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Safe area and we love the sunsets from the balcony too. Property managers were very quick to respond. We will be back.

Property was a little dated, but the gulf view was amazing, it was quiet and had the necessities we needed. Loved that they included laundry pods too. Very walkable area and the heated pool was never busy. We will stay again. Great communication by the property managers too.
