Turtle Watch est à quelques pas des plages magnifiques et isolées. Profitez de la promenade privée menant à votre propre coin de paradis car cette partie de la plage n'est jamais bondée!

Ceci est une maison de 3 chambres, 2. 5 salles de bain avec 2 très grandes terrasses donnant sur l'océan. Au premier étage de la maison, vous trouverez les 3 chambres. La chambre # 1 a un lit queen et ses propres portes menant à la terrasse. La chambre # 2 a un lit queen size et une salle de bain complète qui donne également sur l'océan. La chambre n ° 3 dispose de 2 ensembles de lits superposés. Il y a aussi une autre salle de bain complète à cet étage.

Au deuxième niveau de la maison, vous trouverez un grand espace de vie ouvert et très confortable. La meilleure partie est toutes les portes menant au deuxième pont et offrant une vue magnifique de n'importe où dans la pièce. Il y a un salon avec beaucoup de livres à lire, une salle à manger pour 8 personnes et un bar dans la cuisine pour 4 personnes supplémentaires. La cuisine est équipée de toutes les fournitures et appareils de cuisine essentiels.

Cette maison est sur le tronçon de plage au large de C-30. C'est dans un quartier très agréable et familial et à moins d'un mile de la sortie de Indian Pass Road. Très proche du célèbre restaurant, le Raw Bar!

S'il vous plaît venez séjourner dans notre belle maison face au golfe. Les dauphins attendent, les oiseaux appellent et qui sait peut-être que vous arriverez à TURTLE WATCH!

Laid Back

Beautiful views, low key, away from everything. Just what we look for in a Vacation at the beach. Tarpon, red fish , manatee, fresh shrimp from the beach ,a passing bear now and again and great neighbors. What more can you ask for.

We loved Turtle Watch

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place to stay with wonderful views, and everything we needed. The only problem with this place is the stairs leading to the walkway to the beach. The first step is way too tall (need to add another step for us old people), and the branches of the palm tree completely block the stairs going down, making it impossible to pass without walking through thick palms. Other than that - perfect!

Amazing beachfront views!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfectly clean and smelled fresh. The views from all the windows in the living space especially were spectacular. We loved being able to walk straight out onto the beach from the house. Being able to bring our pup with us was a huge benefit. He settled right in to the house and loved the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed - I actually have never seen a rental with so many dishes, glasses and mugs! The bed was comfortable. The towels were thick and plush! I would stay in this unit again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: One issue we had was no working grill. When we called Coastal Joe, they did send someone out to look at it. We were told it could not be fixed and would have to be replaced. When we called the next day, we were told the owner would not approve the replacement. This is not an acceptable response but luckily we were able to work around the issue and still eat the meals we planned. Thank you

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We very much enjoyed our stay at Turtle Watch! The views were spectacular! However, I do not think I would return to this property, as there are 35 steps from the driveway to the kitchen/ family room which is oddly on the second floor. Also, the scum at the bottom of the dishwasher made it unusable. The dishes were covered in scum after running the dishwasher.i called the property management to report this and nobody ever came out to check on it.

Needs work

Beach front was great, but that was it. House had horrible musty smell, carpets and rug was pretty bad (we made sure to always wear shoes and placed nothing on them), internet was ok as long as only one device on it. Overall, we chose to not spend time inside other than to sleep. When we did we’d end up with headaches. Might be because they sprayed for pests on the day of arrival which seemed odd. We have no idea how long before we got there that occurred but if we spent time in the house we both ended up with nasty headaches. I would search elsewhere if I was considering this rental. We won’t be back.

Too Short

Good house, needs updates

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is good, but needs a new grill because the old one is full of rest and will only work if you risk a fire hazard by sticking a lighter down into the grates. All of the rugs have large stains on them. The living room needs another couch, The chairs and there are not comfortable for watching a movie. The kitchen sink desperately needs a garbage disposal. The master bedroom could seriously use a dresser to put clothes in so you don’t have to live out of your suitcase. Also all the front doors need to be replaced because they will pop open even when locked.

Right on the Beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Turtle Watch is located directly on the beach! The views from the deck are gorgeous with 180-degree view of the Gulf! We saw dolphins swim by most days. The home was clean and well equipped.Kitchen had everything we needed. Master bath was beautiful. Coastal Joe was very responsive when we had a minor issue with the ac. Be aware that the living quarters are on the top floor. It is 2 flights from the carport to the living area. The stairs are a bit tight for those who might have challenges with stairs. This was our first trip to the Port St. Joe and Cape San Blas are, but we plan to return. Clean beaches and tasty seafood restaurants abound!

Great location, house needs work

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It has been our second year we stayed at turtle watch, its a lovely location perfect for a beach getaway. Although our vacation was fantastic it was a little disappointing that the house was not cleaned as expected upon arrival. We vacuumed it three times and it was full of dog hair and dirt. The furniture and carpets are old and dated, some broken, carpets stained. In general this is not a showstopper but i would love to see this updated, cleaned and fixed. A little love to this house will go a long way. But its not all negative we had a great time, the house is on the beach and its fantastic to have a morning coffee on the deck and watch the sunrise, unforgettable, so are the sunsets. I hope the owner takes not and does some work to this place so more people can enjoy it.

It's a bit of a pain to bring all the groceries up to the main level but it's either groceries or luggage. The house is nicely furnished with comfortable beds, good linens, lots of seating in the main living area, on the deck, and a good amount of storage for food in the kitchen. The dishware and drinkware are plentiful, but the owners may need to think about replacing some knives. The cookware was normal for a rental.We love this house and have stayed here 3 or 4 times before. Great beach that is not crowded.

Better places then this

Check in and check out process is ridiculous in this day and time. Having to go out your way to do both. The place was covered in dog hair that we were constantly sweeping up. As you walk in, the initial smell went from dog urine to the large amount of bacon that must have been cooked in the morning. There are a lot of stairs and no railings which make it extremely hard for toddlers and older people to walk up and down. Definitely not a toddler or baby friendly home. Describe did mention DVD player, so we brought movies for the toddler for the evening. No DVD player. When I called about that they mentioned they hadn't replaced it then quickly removed it from the description. They should also remove telephone since there is no landline. Which made communication with elderly family members out of state hard. There is zero cell service, which would have been ok if there was a landline. The wifi is a joke. The router has to be rebooted a dozen times daily. They should include a list of what you need to bring...Garbage bags, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, a dish cloth, wifi booster, satellite phone. The deck and board walk have nails sticking up, don't walk barefoot. The only thing going for this place is the location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our fifth trip to Cape San Blas/Indian Pass, and it didn't disappoint. We found another wonderful place to get takeout, Skullys. Great shrimp boil and gumbo. House is right on the beach, and this was one of my most relaxing vacations. I wish the home had a dresser in the one bedroom, but we used one in another bedroom. The kitchen utensils need to be replenished. There are only three steak knives and no paring knives. Lots of dishes and glasses and eating utensils. Loved the shell bowls.
