Built in 2012, Villa Mariposa offers luxurious amenities in a quiet gated community near Ellwood Bluffs, Coronado Monarch Butterfly Preserve and Sandpiper Golf Club. Relax poolside or head to downtown Santa Barbara, just 15 minutes away by car with convenient freeway access.
Feel right at home watching a movie in the Great Room or cozy up by the fireplace in the Living Room with loved ones and enjoy time sharing memories.
The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for the chef in the family to whip up an amazing meal! If you have the urge to cook up something outside, take full use of the BBQ and backyard dining table. Slap something on the grill for your family while they enjoy relaxing in the spa, splashing around in the pool, or taking in the beauty the peaceful night sky.
Each Bedroom is accompanied with an Ensuite Bathroom for convenience as well as a King or Queen size bed so everyone is sleeping comfortably!
