This stunning 9-bedroom Destin home features a resort-style pool with a waterfall and swim-up bar, surrounded by comfortable outdoor seating and a custom grill area. Inside, there's a bar, a full-sized billiards table, and sliding glass doors for seamless indoor/outdoor entertaining. The elevator will take you from level one all the way up to level three. Upstairs, a spacious area connects the living room, dining room, breakfast nook, and gourmet kitchen. The kitchen has top-of-the-line appliances, two built-in islands, and a dining table for 16. The third floor offers access to a porch with breathtaking views. The luxury amenities include two primary suites with plush king beds, porch access, and spacious ensuite bathrooms with jetted tubs and large showers.
Crystal Del Mar is within walking distance of Henderson State Park, the Destin Commons mall, award-winning dining, Whole Foods, entertainment, and much more.

Parking - Five vehicles may park at the property. No campers, oversized vehicles, buses, or trailers are permitted—no street parking.

Four beach chairs and a wagon are provided at the home for you to take to the beach.

Check Out – 10 AM (Central)

Check-in and check-out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM to 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.

Please note there are four cameras on the exterior that are NOT connected or operating. All cameras face public areas in the front and near of the property.

*The pool can be heated from Oct 1 to May 31 for an additional daily fee. Pool heat must be requested three days before arrival.

Spa Quality amenities are provided, featuring high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions. It is the guest’s responsibility to acquire additional items needed.

Small Dogs may be allowed, so please inquire about our pet fee and policy for your fur babies.

All TVs in the home are smart TVs with all the standard apps using high-speed internet at over 300 Mbps. Cable TV is not available here, but the apps will provide you with thousands of hours of content. Bring your password for Netflix, Disney, HBO, etc.

Weddings or Events are an additional $500, must be selected when booking, and require a permit that we obtain.

AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.
