AMENITIES: Our condos cluster around the Town Center, which hosts special events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends. Nearby resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, fishing dock, fire pits, fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, and a pirate ship playscape! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a casual seaside bistro, an all-day café, and a pizzeria.

MAIN LIVING SPACE: A beachy all-white space with navy accents and a shiplap accent wall flows from relaxing den to a dining area and well-designed kitchen. Gather in a seating area where comfortable sofa and club chairs face a wall-mounted TV, while a round dining table invites you to card games or suppertime. White Chippendale-style chairs at the table mix traditional style with beachy casual fun! In the kitchen, an island offers stool seating for three in a space that’s well-equipped with every conceivable gadget, a deep, farmhouse sink, and stainless appliances.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Enjoy the balcony for extended living space and beach breezes! Peek between palms from a trio of Adirondack-style, bar-height chairs for splendid views of North Town Center and its outdoor stage, Terry’s Place, where solo artists and bands play during peak season.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: In the primary bedroom, a shiplap accent wall backs a plush king-size bed, and you can access the en suite bath through a sliding, barn door-style opening. The bathroom features a walk-in shower with glass doors. The second bedroom centers on a twin-over-queen bunk bed, and bunkmates can share a full hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination. In the living area, a full/queen-size sleeper sofa provides additional accommodations for guests.

When bringing a pet, please ensure it does not bother other guests with excessive noise, barking, etc. Guests are responsible to keep pets on a leash and pick up after their pets and dispose of waste properly.
