Be captivated by the expansive views of the Bay from this beautifully renovated home. This property is situated high on Wanda headland and boasts 2 large balconies for you to make the most of these spectacular views.
At entry level, youâll find a lounge room with plenty of seating to relax with friends and soak up the sparkling water views. The new kitchen is a chefâs delight with modern appliances, nescafe coffee machine, large island bench, dishwasher, plenty of cupboards and of course a butlerâs pantry. Start with drinks on the balcony, a few bites to eat from the BBQ and take in the colours of the sunset over the water. Then move inside to the spacious dining room with seating for 8.
Down just a few steps, you will find the master suite with a luxurious king size bed, expansive water views, walk in robe and ensuite. Also on this level is a guest toilet for your convenience.
Downstairs, the lower level is separated into two wings. On one side you have two bedrooms - one has a queen bed, the other consists of two singles. On this level there is a new bathroom with shower and a luxurious free standing bath to relax and soak in. There is also a separate toilet. Each of these bedrooms are filled with light and water views and the seabreezes make the rooms a delight to retire to after a day in the sun.
In the other wing, you are greeted with a large rumpus room to relax and unwind. A large flat screen TV adorns the wall so you can enjoy your favourite shows. If its competition youâre after, then why not challenge a mate to a game of foosball? Next to the rumpus room youâll find another queen bedroom leading onto the balcony where youâll be captivated by the incredible water views and bird life in the trees that surround you.
One of the best parts of this home is the private stair access to take you down to Randall Dr and to the Wanda waterfront. Gorgeous walks around the Bay, dolphin spotting, parks and sandy bays for paddling are all within walking distance. Beach towels are provided for your convenience.
Rick Stein Restaurant at Bannisters Resort, with multiple dining options, is just under two kilometres away and opposite Bannisters is Soldiers Point Bowling Club which offers affordable meals. A 10 minute walk (or 2 min drive) down the hill you will find Wanda Shops with a great cafe, fish and chip shop, pharmacy, Thai and Chinese restaurants, Friendly Grocer and bottle shop.
This property has lock up garage parking for 2 cars and off street parking for 1 car.
