Our property features a mix of (6) one bedroom apartments and (4) efficiency apartments, providing options to suit your group size and needs. Each unit is beautifully appointed.

What sets us apart is that everyone can have their own private unit, yet still enjoy a shared multiple common areas. We have beautiful patio tables as well as multiple grills, a pergola, and all the necessary items for a day at the beach, including beach wagons, umbrellas, coolers, and chairs.

You'll also have onsite laundry facilities and designated parking spaces for each unit, ensuring convenience and ease during your stay. Inside, you'll find that every unit has been beautifully updated with quartz countertops, glass tile accents, terrazzo floors, and stainless steel appliances. We spared no expense when it comes to the comfort of our guests, providing luxurious sheets, high quality beach towels, and bags.

For a fun day at the beach, we have a beach shed stocked with all the essentials, including beach wagons, umbrellas, coolers, and chairs. No need to worry about bringing them from home! All you need to bring is your swimsuit and you're all set! Our location is unbeatable, with Cocoa Beach Pier less than a 10 minute walk away and Port Canaveral Pier less than a 10 minute drive.
