A wood fire surrounded by a comfy couch and chairs to seat 7 guests for those cosy winter nights. Kitchen is fully equipped with filtered drinking water, a gas stove top, fridge, oven, microwave, toasty and all the kitchen amenities you would require.

Main bedroom has an ensuite and includes bifold doors that open out to the deck. Enjoy that summer breeze while relaxing in bed. Second bedroom has a double bed, Third bedroom has two single beds with a reverse cycle, Fourth bedroom has a fold out couch with reverse cycle. The main bathroom has a combined shower and bathtub.

The enclosed back yard is where you will find the star of the property. Spend your summer days in the blue crystal clear pool, with undercover cabana area with ceiling fan

Long driveway accommodates 4 cars with a carport near the entrance for easy access.

Laundry is available in an outside room next to the garage includes washer and dyer and an extra refrigerator

A security deposit of AUD500 is required for all confirmed reservations. This will be processed via an online link 7 days prior to arrival and will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
