Featuring 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dedicated office/playroom, and two spacious living areas, this fully equipped home comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests.
Enjoy fast Wi-Fi, a fully fenced secure yard for kids and pets, and a large upper-level balcony perfect for morning coffees or evening wine with a breeze. With plenty of secure onsite parking for cars and boats. You can hear the waves crashing at night!

Peak Times: During peak summer and holiday periods, check-in is strictly from 3:00 PM unless arranged prior.
House Rules: Located in a quiet residential island zone. Strictly no parties, functions, celebrations, or Schoolies bookings. Local council restrictions apply, and guest verification is required. Noise levels must remain respectful.
Long-Term Stays: Available for furnished, long-term rentals between March and November. Please contact us directly for a quote.
