Please note that we do not accept school leavers or allow parties or events. Number of guests on the property must not exceed 10 at any time and noise levels considerate of neighbours at all times.

You will have access to the full property and secure double garage. Sorage cupboard off the garage and pool filter equipment shed will be locked for use of maintenance staff.
