This NEWLY renovated villa has all of the modern luxuries with carefully selected furniture, throws and cushions creating a beautiful and charming space to relax in. Green and spacious each villa has its own private area for you allowing you to relax and unwind while you stay with us. The villas are designed for up to six people to enjoy their time.
The space
Just metres from Dunsborough's best beach, you will love the convenience of having this beautiful area on your back doorstep, walk across the road to the stunning turquoise waters of Quindalup Beach. Dunsborough's exciting cafes, bars, boutiques & restaurants are a few minutes walk or cycle away either via the tree lined streets of Old Dunsborough or along the breathtaking foreshore.
The home is well designed to accommodate two families, with the living area upstairs, and seating on the balcony, read while the kids watch a movie. This home is designed to allow the morning and evening light, and to capture the cool evening breezes, with air conditioning and heating throughout. A fully equipped kitchen, complements the space & comfortable sitting areas with easy access to the outdoor spaces to sit or where you can barbecue in amongst the peppi trees. Each living space has couches you can sink into and TVs with Netflix connected.
The property offers two king bedrooms and a third with two single beds all prepared with crisp linens. The master bedroom looks out over the open area to outside with private ensuite access, located on the second level.
Guests have use of the Whitesands Beach Villas grounds for a game of cricket or lawn bowls and can park their boat in the spare spaces. There is plenty of room for your boat, bikes, canoes and stretching. Family or group of friends, this is a great place to come and enjoy some time away.
Note: We are currently not hosting Leavers at this time.

Guests have exclusive use of Villa 3 with separate parking at the Villa that can easily accommodate four cars off street.
