The Gulf of Mexico is just a short stroll away, ensuring you can easily bask in the sun and surf. Inside, the master bedroom features a comfortable king bed and 32 inch smart TV, while the guest room offers two twin beds and a 24 inch smart TV. For additional sleeping arrangements, the living room is equipped with a sleeper sofa and a 65 inch smart TV with cable.

Best of Both - Bay and Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is comfortable and perfect for a family with kids. The pool is wonderful. We also used the dock a lot for fishing. The beach is close. It's nice to be able to talk to the beach from the condo and not have to fight to find parking. We've stayed here twice and can't wait to keep coming back!!!

Bayview Condo B on lovely Anna Marie Island

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall great stay. Few hiccups with elevator being replaced and out of order without notice. Ceramic tile floors definitely need a good scrub, everything else lovely.

I only have two suggestions. The first one is to suggest the window treatments in both bedrooms be updated as they face the outer hallway and people can see in. The second suggest is that specific instructions for navigating the cable for the living room television be left near the television.

Wonderful Vacation at Bayview

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family loved our vacation. It is in such a good location. I loved watching the sunrise off the bay in the morning and only being a couple minutes away from the beach. Our kids did plenty of fishing off the dock and we even did a private boat tour that was able to pick us up at the dock. That was super convenient. There was plenty of room in the living room and kitchen for my whole family to hang out when we weren't on the beach. I never felt cramped. The couches were super comfortable, and I loved the newer washer and dryer. Also, the master bedroom has lots of room and it was a nice place to watch tv and chill when our older kids took over the tv in the living room. There was great communication. Anytime I had a question it was answered quickly. We found out that we would have to go without power for 8 hours on our last day because of some electrical work on the whole complex. They did a great job of informing us in a plenty of time so that we could adjust our schedule for that day. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Bayview condo B

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice bay view from LR, clean, comfortable beds, good towels, quiet area, nice stove & frig, adequate kitchen but no ice cream scoop, mismatched dishes and flatware, only 3 wine glasses. Need to wash dishes daily for 3. Could be a wow apt with enough dishes for family of 4 to not need to wash daily and have a few extra touches like more info re local restaurants, things to see/do. No directions for confusing smart TVs with 2-3 remotes each--help clients with simple directions for local TV so can see weather, etc. Adequate beach chairs for 4 and some beach toys, noodles for pool, main beach within a short one-block walk. Area outside door messy-could be attractive with clean-up and organization. Good elevator but no shopping or bell cart to help get things upstairs, glad we brought a fold-up wagon with us. Nice covered designated parking underneath bldg Am a FL local who visits general area yearly, used to rent our beach home summers, so know guests do love a place with a few extras more than just a decent motel studio to draw repeat renters. overall 4 satisfied, but would not rebook. Management was helpful with problems opening door.

Disappointing Stay with Communication Issues

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I recently stayed at this property after a last-minute switch from our originally booked accommodation, which was unavailable just four days before check-in. Unfortunately, the property management’s lack of empathy during this situation left a lot to be desired.Upon arrival, we were greeted by cleaning supplies in the hallway, indicating that the cleaning staff was rushed. While they returned to finish up, it was evident that the job wasn’t thorough—dirty floors and an overall sense of haste were apparent. We appreciated the gesture of a gift card for our troubles, but it didn’t quite make up for the inconvenience.The property itself had some unexpected issues. There were no curtains or blinds in the living room, and the bedroom blinds didn’t close properly, making privacy a concern. Additionally, we struggled to find working outlets, which made it difficult to charge our devices.Another inconvenience was the locked bathrooms by the pool. Thankfully, our neighbors had keys from their property management and were able to help us access them.Communication also fell short; we received no information about amenities or important details following the abrupt change in location. This lack of clarity only added to our frustration.Overall, while we hoped for a positive experience, this stay didn’t meet our expectations. I would suggest looking for properties with better communication and attention to detail.
