This property was wonderful - just what it says it is. Location was great and family friendly with the boardwalk so close by. We spent our spring break there and with our kids and were never board or disappointed!

Beautiful view, convenient location to boardwalk. Nice amenities. However, only 1 parking permit for a 3 bedroom unit can prove difficult. Also, the owner doesnt have chairs to use on the beach or any beach accessories all theirs are chained up; But there is storage for you to bring your own. Or you can rent them. Also ice maker doesn't work. Love the fact that being and towels are included and needs are made for you and check out is very simple, just pile up towels in 1 bathroom, run dishwasher and empty trash no stripping beds or sweeping or putting away dishes!

I did not love that we had to pick up a key. I didn't get the message until after we had already passed the office and we were on the beach so I had to go back. Since there was a digital keypad already in place I would just recommend using that as opposed to an actual key. Otherwise it was awesome.

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. We understand the inconvenience of having to return to the office to pick up your key. We do send notifications prior to arrival, including one the day before check-in and another a few hours before check-in, with instructions regarding key pickup. While the home is equipped with a keypad, we currently require guests to pick up and return parking passes in person, as parking enforcement in the area is very strict and replacement passes can be costly. We appreciate your suggestion and will certainly keep it in mind as we continue evaluating ways to improve the arrival experience. We're glad to hear you otherwise had an awesome stay and hope to welcome you back again soon!

The beach was great, the property was fine, and the host was effective. Just know if you are renting this place, that parking is a COMPLETE MESS. You get one parking pass with this unit and the lot is laid out very strange. You can get parked in by a stranger, or you can easily park in a stranger with the way the lot is laid out. Also know, if you have 2 cars, you will have to pay 25 dollars a day to park your car on the street. We were surprised by this added cost. The parking situation alone will make us find another place next time. But, if you have 1 car, the place is great! Great view of the ocean. The elevator did break down the last day we were there and we had to carry all of our stuff down 3 flights of steps at checkout.....

The location of this property is excellent. You are within walking distance of the boardwalk and restaurants and can easily see the fireworks from the balcony that they shoot off on Thursdays. The property is right beside public beach access so the beach in front does get a little crowded - just something to keep in mind. We were happy that public beach access was so close - it made finding parking easier since there is only one parking pass included with this property. My sister was able to get a parking pass for the entire week, right on the street in front of the building. The unit itself is decorated beautifully and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything that we needed to cook every day, which we really appreciated. Making breakfast every morning while looking at the view was amazing. Having an elevator for this unit also made staying at this property even better. They have luggage carts and shopping carts which make unloading and loading a breeze. And if you have to use the stairs for any reason, they even have an air conditioning unit in the stairwell! The only negative about the property was it looked like the shower heads hadn’t been cleaned in a while and the freezer door does stick, as other reviewers have stated. Overall though, excellent stay, excellent property, and excellent communication and check-in process. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Location

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It was right on the beach and inside was just as pictured. Only negative was the parking was limited and somewhat confusing (double parked on one side and single on the other.) Overall, we loved it and would definitely book it again.

summer get a way

Beautiful and quiet end unit. Spectacular view of the ocean and amusement park area. Very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the boardwalk and eateries. On site pool was very nice. Elevator (when it worked) was a god send!Would stay there again and recommend to others.

The Kids Loved It

No problems, beautiful beachfront unit. I wish we could have checked in earlier. The facilities were excellent for the kids, who didn't want to leave. I like how they had their own space and bath. Quiet building with an end unit. Fabulous balcony off the master.

Perfect getaway

Condo was awesome for my family of 4. Plenty of rooms, big beds, plenty of bathrooms. Very comfy, pretty and on the beach with perfect beach views. Location is next to boardwalk/shops/food and amusements. Only problem was the elevator kept breaking. Made for challenges bringing things in and then out. Didn’t see anyone attend to the pool so we didn’t use it. Would recommend this condo though. Great visit.

We had a wonderful vacation staying in this beachfront condo! The condo was spacious, with 3 bedrooms, 2½ bathrooms, and a large open kitchen and living area that was perfect for our family. The beachfront balcony was definitely the highlight—we spent so much time enjoying the view and listening to the waves.The location couldn't have been better! The condo was just one block from the Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Pavilion, making it easy to walk to the many shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Of course, our morning tradition included a stop at Britts Donut Shop and we loved being able to enjoy the Thursday night fireworks right form our balcony.The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The only downside was the lack of storage space for groceries and pantry items. Just a couple suggestions,first I would be to consider converting the broom closet into a pantry. It would make a huge difference for guests staying a full week who bring food to cook. My second suggestion would be to offer a second parking pass when additional spaces are available. There were numerous empty parking spots throughout our stay, but only one parking tag was provided. Because we traveled with two vehicles, we had to rent a weekly street parking space, which added to the overall cost of our vacation. If extra spaceOverall, we had a fantastic experience and wouldn't hesitate to rent again. Thank you for helping make our beach vacation so memorable!

The condo was grest, clean and well maintained overall (sofa has a recloner that ia beoken, also the freezer drawer is very hard to open and close may be off track or the track is bent). Do wish for the money we spent it came with access to beach chairs/floats. While the storage unit had chairs they were chained and we were not given access to use. Also think the rental company should supply dish soap, auto dish detergent, paper towels and trash bags (crazy you only get the 2 trash bags then you are on your own) Overall the stay was great and would rent again! Also all the units are 3 bedrooms yet this unit only has 1 parking pass when others are issued 2?
