Relax and recharge in our large, newly-renovated 2 bedroom basement suite with private entrance and ample free street parking on a safe and quiet tree-lined cul-de-sac street with nature trail access.

The suite can comfortably sleep 4, with 1 King and 1 Queen size bed. Facing south and with large windows, the suite is bathed in light throughout the day. The kitchen includes full size appliances, a dining table, and plenty of storage, while the living room has a Samsung Smart TV. There is also a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. The suite can be accessed 24/7 for self check-in with an electronic lock. Each room has its own thermostat to control room temperature.

Fraser Heights is known as an especially desirable, safe and quiet family neighbourhood, while also being incredibly convenient for local travel - 3 minutes to Highway 1, 5 minutes to Guildford Shopping Center, 10 minutes to Surrey Central Skytrain station, and 30 minutes to Vancouver. Highway 17 (South Fraser Perimeter Road) is ~5 minutes away, which enables easy access to YVR Airport as well as the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal.

Less than 100 meters down the street is the Fraser Heights Vistas Lookout and nature trail, with amazing sunset views to the west, and a 5 minute walk south is Northview Park, with a playground and forest trail. Another hidden nature gem is Surrey Bend Regional Park, only ~10 minutes away by car. For all your shopping and dining needs, Fraser Heights Village Center is 5 minutes away, with a pharmacy, gas station, post office, Starbucks, Tim Hortons, Nesters Market grocery store, and several great local restaurants.

Great suite

This suite was a great place to stay! The unit is exactly as pictured and in a very nice neighbourhood. The check in process was easy, and the hosts are very sweet! I enjoyed it here and would recommend :)

Quiet and comfy

Beautiful rental, great amenities, bright, and very welcoming (us and our fur babies). Highly recommend this suite. Our only regret was that we could explore the walking paths in the area.

Best beds ever

Stayed here for a week of recovery post surgery. Everything was cozy and quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the location for anyone looking for a quiet place to call home while away from home.

This property provided all we needed for our family and dog for an over night stay on our road trip. The neighborhood was clean and safe and nice trail for dog walks. Would recommend and would stay again.

Great hospitality and comfort.

The apartment is very comfortable; there is attention to every single detail to provide a wonderful stay. Although the location is Surrey, BC there is easy access to all Lower Mainland cities, including Vancouver.

Wonderful Stay

This is a very nice suite located in a quiet neighbourhood. We were very impressed with how clean everything was which made it a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Meho and Zehra were very kind and accommodating. We look forward to staying here again.

Nice, clean and quiet

The place was very clean ,quiet and comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable. There was a bit of an issue with the enrry to the unti but was addressed immediately. I would definitely stay here again

The stay was excellent. The owners were great people and the apartment was immaculate. It was relaxing to know we had a comfortable place to go back to at the end of our day. I would highly recommend the property to anyone looking for a vacation rental in Vancouver.

Beautiful suite with 2 large bedrooms. All amenities were provided and the hosts were excellent! We ended up having my sister need to join us for 2 nights and I was able to communicate this and pay easily with no hassle. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic

Would definitely book this property again if in the area. It is exceptionally clean, quiet and comfortable. It was the perfect location to travel from. The sky train was easy to access to get to the waterfront and Stanley Park etc. Highway conveniently close for ease of travel. Met our hosts Meho and Zehra, a lovely couple who offered advice on local sites. Great stop in our travels.

Excellent 2 bedroom near nature trails

We really enjoyed our stay. This was bright, clean, very well equipped 2 bedroom suite. The host was kind and attentive. The suite contained more than we could need. It was also very well situated near nature trails where we could walk the dog and within easy access of Highway #1.

Wonderful stay in a quiet, comfortable space - thank you!

Wow - we had a fantastic stay in this quiet, extremely clean and well-appointed suite. Listing photos and features were very accurate. The neighborhood was so charming but also incredibly convenient for travel, as we could be on the highway in under 5 minutes. The nature walk trail at the end of the street was truly a hidden gem. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
