The Space:
Sit on the large undercover timber deck and enjoy a BBQ whilst taking in the beautiful sea breeze.

In the centre of the home is the impressive open plan area for the whole family to gather. The furniture quality adds to the feel of luxury in the lounge/family room with glass doors opening to the deck. There is a ceiling fan and split system air conditioner in this area. Adjacent is the dining suite to seat six along with four bar stools to perch by the kitchen bench and enjoy breakfast or a snack.
The kitchen is deluxe with gas stove, pantry, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso (original) coffee pod machine, fridge/freezer and lots of bench space.

Bedroom one is enormous, has a gorgeous view of the coastline and includes a queen bed, built in robes and has a ceiling fan. The ensuite feels luxurious with a large shower, toilet and vanity.
Bedroom two has a queen bed, built in robe, ceiling fan and sea views.
Bedroom three has a queen bed, drawer space and ceiling fan.
Bedroom four includes two single beds, a walk-in robe and a ceiling fan.

The main bathroom is wheelchair friendly with a large walk-in shower, toilet and vanity.
Laundry with washing machine and access to outside.

The back yard is steep, terraced and fenced on three sides, but not gated across the driveway.
At the rear is a full-length undercover veranda and deck adjacent a small lawn area.
The driveway is steep with a flat concrete area for parking at the top and another parking area at the base of the front garden.
Caution-The drive way is steep (for drivers) and the front and back garden are steep ( Parents please mind toddlers and small children).
