You will love relaxing in this 4 bedroom home on the lake.
Beautifully decorated throughout, upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms one with a king bed and one with a queen. Open plan living area bathroom and balcony overlooking the lake.
Downstairs there is 2 bedrooms one with a queen and one with 2 single beds which can be made into a king bed on request.
Another bathroom with large shower and living area leading onto outside deck and lake access.

Guests will have access to the whole property.

Summer Bay house is located on Encounter Lakes. There is Lake access from the private pontoon.
A very short stroll and you will be at a beautiful playground with sand and access to the lake.
Go for a hike up the Bluff. See if you can spot the whales.
Walk the causeway to Granite island.
Jump onboard the Cockle train and explore the neighbouring towns.

The property is a short drive to the main town of Victor Harbor.
Jump onboard the horse drawn cart across to the beautiful Granite Island.
Get the Cockle Train to neighbouring towns.
Taxi service is available and also bus service.

There are two stand-up paddle boards on our property available for use by our wonderful guests.

For safety reasons they will be secured together and unusable without the code.

For access you will need to sign a liability waiver to receive the code.

Damage to these boards will be at users expense.

Use of these boards are at users own risk.
No smoking
No parties or events
Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival unless otherwise agreed upon by our tea.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
