We loved the house, it was cozy and spacious enough for the 6 of us! Kim was super helpful, and the location was great for our 3 destinations in the area. Tuttlehill distillery was a great spot to relax in the evening, bonus!

My family and I felt like we were at home here. We could all gather in the living room and visit comfortably. The bed and linens were super plush, making sleeping feel relaxing and restful. We will be back for sure!

The property was comfortable, clean and everyone in our group enjoyed the home. We found a nearby restaurant that served excellent food, and we enjoyed wine tasting nearby as well as a laundromat and grocery store.

This house was very comfortable and clean. The location was great as it was close to other towns, restaurants and shopping. Communication with Kimberly was great as well!

Our group of friends enjoyed staying at this Gardiner house for Thanksgiving. Although the property has no curb appeal it is cozy and comfortable inside. The host was very responsive, kind and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Pros: Host was very helpful and got the house ready a bit early, so we could avoid a storm and get settled. Interior is very thoughtfully designed, we loved the vintage vibes. Beds were very comfy. Lots of thoughtful supplies around the house. Cons: Exterior needs some cleaning up, paint, better maintenance of the space. The hot water wasn't very hot, which wasn't a big deal until we tried to use the big, gorgeous tub and couldn't actually fill it even halfway before the water went lukewarm. Overall a great stay!

We are working on getting the outside to match the inside, but all things take time, and we are working hard on that! We wish you would have said something about the water temperature! We literally just turned it down because someone said it was too hot, and we would have easily made that adjustment! We are happy your overall stay was nice.

This rustic home sits on a property that is visited daily by a herd of beautiful deer. This charmed us immediately. The inside of the home is decorated to be inviting and has a midcentury meets farmhouse chic vibe with eclectic and cozy touches. Every amenity you need is here. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfy and the kitchen is large. There is good WiFi if that’s a concern. Only one minor issue with sugar ants near the sink which is not unexpected when there was heavy rains. We know this can happen in a very wooded area and in an older home. The town itself is charming and the host was very communicative throughout the stay. We would book this again anytime! Five stars!

Spacious lovely getaway

This house is beautifully appointed. it is soacious with lots if room to spread out. The kitchen is large and well equipped with a stand alone water cooler. The owner was very responsive to our questions and requests. It was a very enjoyable stay.

Don't judge this book by the cover! As you drive up, the house exterior looks pretty ordinary, but the interior is great, we were 4 adults and had plenty of room. Communication was great from start to finish, we would definitely stay here again and as we were here for a family wedding nearby, we may do just that!

Cozy!

The house is adorable and cozy - updated but still has character. Location is quiet and easy to get to. I really liked how “the rules” were reasonable and clear and being given the option to check in a little early and check out a little later was awesome since it was a holiday. Too many places treat you like a number so it’s refreshing to be treated in such a friendly manner and I really appreciated that accommodation. We hope to be back again!

SUPER Clean, Comfy & Cozy

We stayed in this cute and relaxing home that was perfect for families. This house is so nice and clean, such a relief to arrive and feel so comfortable. The decor was awesome, with a mix of vintage and modern. The beds were comfy, had nice cozy linens, and were perfect for sleeping. There were plenty of plush towels and other necessities. We received a friendly text on the morning of our arrival saying that our rental was ready for us. We had great communication with the host from the time of booking through our departure. We look forward to returning in the future. Just a sweet spot!
