In the heart of Corrimal, this stylish townhouse is packed with appeal. Catering to modern living, it perfectly harmonises indoor and outdoor environments to create a true coastal escape. Stroll three minutes into Corrimal, lined with shops and restaurants, or hit the surf at Corrimal Beach. The bustling city of Wollongong is just a 10-minute drive away. Back home, youâll enjoy a gourmet kitchen and BBQ, laundry and central air-conditioning and heating that ensures a year-round sanctuary.
For families or groups looking to immerse themselves in Wollongongâs laidback lifestyle, this townhouse is all about easy, breezy living just moments from the beach. Youâll enjoy spacious interiors that flow to idyllic outdoor spaces, including a patio with alfresco dining and a balcony upstairs.
Entering the home, the living and dining area is open plan and flows to the garden. Thereâs a large dining table for meals at home and a breakfast bar to take things slow in the morning. Cook up a feast in the gourmet kitchen, equipped with high-quality appliances and utensils, or out on the BBQ. In the evening, get cosy on the recliner sofa with a good book or spot of TV. Thereâs a powder room on this level as well as laundry facilities, comprising both a washing machine and dryer.
Youâll find all the bedrooms located upstairs. Each has been beautifully appointed for a good nightâs sleep, with ceiling fans, air-conditioning and heating to keep things comfortable. The primary bedroom is a king-sized retreat and opens to the balcony. It highlights large mirrored wardrobes and a stylish ensuite with a double vanity. Youâll also sleep easy in the second bedroom, with its queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom is custom-made for kids with a king-sized single bed, books and toys. Refresh within the main bathroom, designed with a dedicated wet zone with both a bathtub and shower.
Parking is provided in the double garage or additional is available on the street.

The neighbourhood of Corrimal lies north of Wollongong, roughly 10 minutes from the city centre. Hit the surf at Corrimal or Towradgi Beach or stretch your legs on the Blue Mile Pathway as it meanders along the coastline. Within Corrimal, youâll find supermarkets, shops and restaurants, but donât miss Eat Street Markets held each Thursday in Wollongongâs Crown Street Mall. Walk to Mt Keira lookout to take in 180-degree views over the sea and rainforest or get your heart racing skydiving in Stuart Park or paragliding over Stanwell Tops. Check out the picturesque Wollongong Botanic Gardens and if youâre travelling with the kids, donât miss a day out at Symbio Wildlife Park or Jamberoo Action Park, both within easy reach.
