Walk to Blairgowrie cafes and shops with easy access to front and back beach walking trails.
Spacious and light filled, this 4 bedroom beachside home boasts open plan living, multiple zones for parents and children, two garden areas plus dual frontages for onsite parking.
Featuring a fully equipped kitchen including a Breville coffee machine, expansive dining area with seating for 10 that flows into the relaxed main living area.

Check-out time: 10am on the date of departure unless otherwise arranged. We are flexible with a late check-out when there is not another immediate booking.
Cleaning:
We take great care to ensure our property is clean and ready for your stay, both inside and out. It is expected that the property is left in the same condition as when you arrived.
Garbage:
Garbage collection is early Monday morning. Please ensure all bins are put out on Sunday evening and any additional rubbish is removed upon departure.
RENTAL RULES:
The guest agrees:
1. Smoking is not permitted.
2. The Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
3. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
4. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
5. Pets are only permitted after written consent from the owner.
6. The guest agrees to give consideration to our neighbours, particularly in relation to noise after dark. Parties, anti-social behaviour and / or loud music are expressly forbidden and could result in forfeiture of the security bond and a request to immediately vacate the premises.
7. There is no daily housekeeping service.
8. The property is on mains water and has a septic system. The septic system is very effective, however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed.
9. All damage must be reported immediately. The guest accepts that in particular during the December / January holiday period access to tradespeople is limited and demand for their services is high. This may result in longer than usual wait times for attendance / repair. Damage expressly caused by the guest must be paid for.
10. Rubbish bins must be put out on Hughes road side every Sunday evening. No excess rubbish is to be left at the property * Rubbish removal fee will occur should excess rubbish be left.
11. No events to be held at the property without owners written consent
