Amazing property with a great location! We were so impressed at the cleanliness and the comfortable atmosphere of the place. It was so relaxing to sit on the comfy couch and watch the fireplace as we drank our coffee in the morning. Everything was well-appointed and well-decorated, just like the listing said. Definitely recommend!!

Our stay at Blue Surf couldn’t have been any better. The space is nicely appointed and seemed much larger than even the pictures show. The kitchen had updated appliances and well equipped with serve ware. The location is amazing and you couldn’t ask to be closer to everything Bethany has to offer. We also very much enjoyed the beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas. It was perfect for our family.

The place was very nice and close to everything and most amenities are within walking distance. FYI it is not Ocean Front. The building the condo is in is Ocean Front but the accommodations are on the plaza side of the building, as a result the living room/bedroom balcony overlooks the business district. There were no blinds/shades on the living room sliding glass doors and it would have been nice if there had been for privacy in the evening. When we arrived and began making the beds with our personal linens we found sand on the mattress pad and we notified the Owner so he could alert his cleaners moving forward. Upon contacting the owner on two separate occasions with concerns his responses were prompt yet dismissive. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. Loved that there were chairs to take to the beach! The weather was bad but we still had a great time and look forward to returning to Bethany Beach.

For those considering a stay: The building is oceanfront, and our listing notes that the condo itself faces the plaza side. Many guests enjoy being steps from the beach while also having Bethany’s shops and restaurants right outside the door. We also take cleanliness very seriously. After this stay, our cleaning team was retrained to ensure mattress pads are checked and cleaned, if needed, between every guest. We encourage renters to reach out directly if anything needs attention — responsiveness is something we pride ourselves on, and we always aim to resolve concerns quickly and professionally. We’re glad this guest found the condo beautiful, well‑equipped, and appreciated the beach chairs and convenient location. Our goal is for every renter to arrive to a clean, comfortable home and feel fully supported throughout their stay.

Great place to stay and being around everything you need. Would highly recommend this place to anyone with their kids and family. I’m sure we will be back again ;)

Perfect spot to listen to the bandstand from your own balcony, grab food easily or cook at home, and alternate between beach pool beach as our kids demanded!

PERFECT location

Location is absolutely perfect for a family that wants to roam the boardwalk, hit the beach or generally enjoy Bethany. Plenty of space and the layout is great. The two secured parking spots are solid gold.

Beautiful Condo

Blue Surf 307 was perfect in every way. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location was great, right on the boardwalk giving us easy access to shopping, dinner and of course the beach!

Right on the boardwalk and easy access to the beach. The beach is BUSY so it helped to walk down the boardwalk a bit to set up our umbrellas and chairs. The host provided the chairs, umbrellas, boards and bikes so we didn't have to haul any of that from home. Lots of space and we appreciated the 3 full bathrooms at the end of a sandy day!

We supply new chairs and umbrellas every few years for our lovely renters. The tandem bikes make it easy to get around town as well. Thanks for spending some time at our beach place!

What a great condo. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this was a perfect place for my family. The location was ideal. The condo was updated and well-cared for. Loved it. We hope to be back.

A Wonderful Weekend at Blue Surf

We rented 307 Blue Surf two years ago. The property is still in great condition with new amenities such as Smart TVs in the living room and all of the bedrooms. The location right on the boardwalk in the heart of Bethany still can’t be beat. Looking forward to our next stay.

Excellent vacation accommodations.

The entire process from start to finish was easy and the owner very personable, responsive, and accommodating. The condo actually exceeded expectations as we have been going to beaches our entire lives and have seen all levels of offerings. . Will be considering a return visit next year if we are able.
