Brimming with sunshine, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is nestled directly across the road from Albert Park, and a short walk to buzzing St Kilda. Catering to both short and long stays, it combines a coveted address with excellent amenities to help you relax at home â including a swimming pool, gym, private library and entertainment facilities. Hop on the tram for the short trip into the CBD, meander down Chapel Street and discover the gourmet delights of South Melbourne Market.
From the moment you step into this apartmentâs lobby, youâll be blown away by its beauty. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered for a sumptuous stay, combining the very best design with resort-style facilities to help guests relax at home. Those travelling for business will conveniently be just a short ride into the CBD and can make use of a range of gorgeous spaces to work from home.
Let the lift whisk you up to your abode. The open plan dining and kitchen area showcases floor-to-ceiling windows, bathing the apartment in natural light. Open the doors and sit out on the balcony, watching as Albert Park puts on a show. Cook at home in the gourmet stone kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances and utensils. A four-person dining table makes it easy to come together for a shared meal, while the living area ensures the comfort of cosy nights at home in front of the TV.
Two queen-sized bedrooms are each immaculately presented with luxury linens, black-out blinds to ensure a good nightâs sleep. Both benefit from built-in storage so thereâs plenty of space for hanging clothes. The master flows through to a luxurious white and bright ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and separate rain shower. Toiletries provided are single use to get you started. They may not be sufficient for entire stay (additional consumables to be purchased by you). Within the apartment thereâs a second full bathroom and Euro-laundry with a washing machine, dryer and iron.
Undercover, secure parking is provided for one car, a rarity in this part of town.
