The Smart TV is set-up with "Netflix" and "Disney +". Several of the best movies and shows are available for your entertainment.

The breeze of fresh air coming from the surroundings especially from the river is outstanding.

Air Conditioning is installed and ready to be used by guests. As well, there is a Tower Fan.
