Welcome to your perfect downtown Montreal! This spacious, fully renovated, and furnished studio is located on Rue Sainte-Famille in the heart of the vibrant McGill University community.
The Space:
The entire apartment is furnished for a comfortable stay, featuring a fridge, stove, microwave, a single bed, a dedicated desk, and two chairs. Bedding, towels, and essential kitchenware are provided.
Prime Downtown Location:
You are in the center of it all. The apartment is perfectly situated in downtown Montreal with everything you need steps away:
· Universities: Moments from McGill University and UQAM.
· Metro: Place-des-Arts and McGill metro stations are within a short walk.
· Culture & Festivals: Located next to the famous Quartier des Spectacles festival district.
· Shopping & Essentials: The Galeries du Parc mall (3590 Rue Jeanne-Mance) is within one block, housing a Metro grocery store, SAQ, Pharmaprix, Dollarama, and food courts to cover all your needs.
· Dining & Fun: The iconic Saint-Laurent Boulevard and legendary Schwartzâs Deli are just streets away.
· Green Space: Enjoy easy access to both Mount Royal Park and Jeanne-Mance Park.
Amenities & Details:
· Self Check-in: A secure lockbox allows for flexible arrival at any time.
· WiFi: High-speed internet is installed. The network name and password are located on the router.
· Extra Items: For other commonly used daily items, please ask. If available, I will provide them the same or the next day.
· Included: Fresh towels and sheets are provided at check-in.

· Kitchen Basics: Kitchenware are provided such as pots, pans, utensils, etc area included. Cooking essentials such as salt, pepper, oil are not provided.
· Building Facilities: A shared laundry room is in the basement (washer: $3/load, dryer: $2/load). Garbage bins for residents are also in the basement.
