Step into this calming, ocean-toned apartment with neighbourhood views stretching to the water. With only minutes to the surf or restaurants, this apartment is perfectly positioned to experience all Wollongong has to offer. Boasting two queen bedrooms, two bathrooms plus north and south facing balconies, there's space and privacy for all guests to unwind. Utilise the home office and perfect your work life balance by incorporating a swim in the shared pool or at the beach.
Unwind in the peaceful open-plan living and dining area in air conditioning. A calm, coastal vibe is thoughtfully created with beach art and soft blue hues. The dining table for four is elegantly set and ready to celebrate with meals together. Stretch out along the leather lounge in front of the TV. The warm carpet and rug is soft and quiet underfoot. For those working remotely, the office has a long desk with an ergonomic chair and wifi.
Cook your favourite recipes in the contemporary kitchen, fitted with a gas stove, oven, fridge and small appliances. The long stone benchtop, dual sink and ample cabinetry makes for easy meal preparation. The north facing balcony adjoins the living room and includes outdoor dining. Enjoy meals amongst fresh air and under shade. Wake up to sky views as the southern balcony adjoins the bedrooms. The shared pool is great for summer days when the beach is busy.
The primary queen bedroom features a walk-in-wardrobe, ensuite bathroom and a tall boy with a TV. The second queen bedroom is equally as cosy. Both include side tables and bedheads with built-in shelving. The chic bathrooms are designed with contemporary taupe and white tiles, large basin, flush cabinetry and mirrors. Unwind under the rain showers and handheld massage head. Feel fresh for longer stays utilising the washer and dryer. Enjoy the convenience of a secure garage spot and lifts.
