The Gateway Grand is located Oceanfront on 48th Street & Coastal Hwy, just 1-mile north of the famous OC Boardwalk. It is directly across from Seacrets Nightclub & Restaurant, one of the most sought-after entertainment venues in MD, and just eight blocks from the Convention Center, home of many local conventions, trade shows and events.

The Gateway Grand offers the perfect blend of excitement and relaxation, featuring wide sandy beaches just steps from the front door, an oceanfront swimming pool, an indoor swimming pool, state of the art health club, and a youth entertainment room.

Our 14th FLOOR DIRECT OCEANFRONT CONDO offers spectacular views that stretch for miles with a full list of features and amenities. Our "Cottage by the Sea" unit is designed and appointed to easily accommodate ten guests, and is sure to please everyone in your family.

From the hand painted mural as you first enter the unit, to the Turkish Velour Robes in the Master Suite, to the bean bag chairs from a vendor who boasts a virtual "Who's-Who" of companies and celebrities as clients, for the kid in all of us to relax on, the unit has something for everyone.

Featuring a layout that includes soaring ceilings, and a huge family room/dining area with an electric fireplace for ambiance, (the heat portion is turned off in the summer), providing the perfect backdrop for watching a movie with a state of the art stereo/A/V entertainment system, with a huge 55 inch LED Smart HDTV, TiVo Roamio HD Digital Video Recorder and Streaming Media Player, complemented with a truly user friendly computer programmed URC Universal Remote Control -- When you select the TV, the stereo turns on to match the TV, likewise the Blu-ray, etc.

To ensure that all guests experience the same luxurious accommodations, we utilize a private cleaning service with an intricate knowledge of our property, who thoroughly inspects, cleans, and prepares the unit for your stay to ensure that everything is perfect for your arrival. We also have our own in-house maintenance technicians to ensure everything stays in like new condition.

The Gateway Grand requires a minimum rental of 7 days, unit rents Saturday to Saturday. No pets permitted. Non-Smoking building, except for designated areas.

$151 non-refundable registration/parking fee due with reservation. Guests must supply tag number for each vehicle. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Garage clearance is 7 feet. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our properties including photos, descriptions, pricing and amenities shown above. Although they are deemed reliable, they cannot be guaranteed. Please be advised Central Reservations does not advertise properties on Craig's List.
