Spectacular Views of the Bay from a Beautiful & Spacious Condo
Create beautiful memories in this gorgeous bay-front condo in the Sunset Beach Resort on 46th Street with spectacular views of the Chesapeake Bay and unforgettable sunsets. There are 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and is a short walk to the ocean. The master suite is located away from the other bedrooms and includes a walk-in shower, his and hers vanities, and a jacuzzi tub. The 2 guest bedrooms, located on the other side of the condo, share a “Jack and Jill” bathroom and there is a pull-out sofa in the living room to accommodate extra guests. The kitchen comes fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless appliances, and everything you need for making meals. We have an open layout where guests can be in the kitchen while also having conversations with other guests sitting at the table, at the breakfast bar or even on the comfy couches- while everyone enjoys the views of the bay. We also offer important amenities to ensure your comfort and enjoyment such as central A/C, high-speed internet access, flat-screen TV’s, 2 permitted parking spaces in the first level garage, washer/dryer & light dimmers to set the perfect mood.

There are so many fun activities to take advantage of! Enjoy a cocktail and the views from the balcony, take a swim in the beautiful rooftop pool, explore the private Bay Beach and Bay front dock, rent fun water-toys at the 48th Street Watersports next door or walk to the beach for a day of sun & surf! There are also so many restaurants and recreational activities within walking distance such as Seacrets, Jolly Roger Amusement Park, Finnegan’s Irish Pub, 45th Street Taphouse Bar & Grille, Dumser’s Dairyland, Satellite Coffee Shop, OC Convention Center & much more.

If you choose to stay with us, please be sure to bring your own bed linens (1 king and 2 queens) and your own bath and beach towels!

We loved the view right out the back windows and were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to. Inside was decorated beautifully as well

Gorgeous sunsets, beautiful condo

We enjoyed our second year in this beautiful condo with our family and couldn’t have asked for better sunset views during our week. The kitchen is well stocked for making meals and the condo is close to many great restaurants for meals out. The pool upstairs and bay beach area of the condo building is especially perfect for kids.

Great location!

This location is great for a family trip to OCMD! You can tell this condo has been used by many and we can understand why. The kitchen was fully stocked and is very spacious. The deck overlooks the beautiful bay and we enjoyed a lot of quality time out there. Three big bedrooms provided plenty of space for our entire family. I would highly recommend this unit.

Great location for fun!

Beds were comfortable, sunset view was amazing, location for walking distance to St. Patrick's Day festivities and parade was great. I only made cleanliness a 4 due to a few ants and the kitchen sink didn't seem super clean. Large area rug could stand a cleaning, but I know when you have renters that don't treat property like they would their own, you will have a few issues like that. Overall great property, and I would rent again if available.

We had a wonderful stay! The views from the living room and deck are just gorgeous and we tried to be home for as many sunsets as we could. The condo had everything we needed and was very nicely furnished. Will definitely be back.

The condo was everything we were expecting; clean, good location with excellent bay views. It was nice to have a bay beach since it was windy at the ocean a couple of days and the bay water was much warmer. Erin was an excellent host and promptly answered a couple of questions. Stunning Gorgeous Bayfront Condo With Breathtaking Sunsets

What a wonderful, gorgeous, welcoming, spotless and beautifully appointed condo, comfortable and relaxing stay. Your amazing Bayfront condo offers a breathtaking Bayfront view, and It was so nice enjoying our morning coffee on your spacious deck and each evening enjoying the beautiful sunsets. The owner is so very attentive and very kind, if should you have any questions, the owner communicates back to you immediately. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. Fantastic Bayside Getaway

Great condo and location. Beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. Every detail is thought of from appliances to kitchen utensils. This really has been the best find for our family in Ocean City!
