This lovely 3B/2BA single-family home is located in Dauphin Acres near Midtown, can accommodate up to 12 guests and is tastefully designed with convenience in mind. It boasts a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa bed. Our kitchen has essential amenities for preparing meals. All bedrooms have comfy beds for a restful night's sleep. Enjoy lounging in our backyard or head out downtown- only 15 minutes away!

The Space:
Guests will enter the house through a digital keypad. There are few stairs to reach the main entrance. Once you step inside, you will see a living room with a decorative fireplace. On the right side of the living room, there is a bedroom with a private bathroom. Off the living room, there is a dining room and a kitchen. A hallway on the left side of the kitchen area leads to two bedrooms and another bathroom.
Outside, you will see a nice backyard with a charcoal grill.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.
The Neighborhood:
Our home is located in Dauphin Acres, just outside of Midtown, across the street from Denton Park, and near McGrew Court Park. Conveniently situated between Spring Hill Dr. and Government Blvd, you will have easy access to everything!
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!
Other Things to Note:
***A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.***
We require a signed rental agreement and for guests to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
