Well stocked, comfortable home. Lots of fun touches. Had a little snag trying to check in/enter the house for the first time , but that was mostly because I lost track of the email from the property management company. Would have been a little easier to have everything accessible through the vrbo app. Thanks for a nice stay!

Great stay!

This house is the perfect spot if you’re in town for a tournament at 60 Acres Park. Even when traffic builds up you can breeze through the neighborhoods. It’s also super convenient to Redmond as well as Seattle and the surrounding areas. The house itself is great too - it has everything you need and the bathrooms are all updated. The games were a great bonus - the kids had countless cornhole and connect 4 tournaments!!

Great location and good space

Enjoyed the open space and convenience of this location. Good amenities and it was nice to have space for our guests to park. We did encounter a few maintenance issues (e.g., broken curtain rod, leaky shower), but nothing major to deter the overall enjoyment. A good central location to explore Seattle and the surrounding areas.

Our new Seattle Home-Away-From-Home

This house was perfect for our needs! It is centrally located and within 10 minutes of every place we needed to be. Sadly, we were in town for a funeral, but this place was so nice to come back to every night. Our family could all be together, then have our own separate space to sleep. Rama was super responsive to our needs and checked on us several times throughout our stay. We will definitely be back!

To call it a “stay” is an understatement. It was a whole experience! Rama took such great care of us and the house contains so many fun games. We walked in to a VERY clean house, and Rama even left us some complimentary snacks! Great water pressure, beautiful patio and large driveway! Absolute care free experience and we really got to enjoy ourselves without worrying about any issues! If ever back in the Seattle area, I am coming straight here.

We had a lovely time at this vacation rental. Our family was able to celebrate Christmas together. The house was spacious and matched the pictures in the posting. Our visit exceeded all our expectations! The home is in a quiet neighborhood which is located perfectly to navigate Kirkland and beyond. So easy to hop on freeways or use local streets. Wonderful shopping center with everything we needed just down the road less than a mile. Rama was so attentive and responsive with letting us know the answers to questions. And the playhouse was a favorite. We could sit on the deck and listen to them play foosball in the playhouse or watch them play with all the lawn games he had available. My personal favorite was the rainfall showerheads he has installed during his renovations. The water was hot and plentiful - everyone wanted to use my shower!Thank you Rama for being aich a wonderful host!

We’re addressing this issue and will ensure the lawn is promptly taken care of.Regarding the patio furniture, we’ve been focusing on various indoorimprovements since listing the home and are gradually building our finances to invest in outdoor furnishings. Too expensive for what it was

We were looking for an Education Hill home large enough to house our two families, and in that respect we got what we expected. Many items of furniture were cheap and of poor quality: the living room coffee table in particular wobbled like it was about to fall over. The rental fee and additional fees were exorbitant. The home was clean, in a convenient neighborhood for us, and it was nice to have a backyard for the kids; however, we would not stay here again.

Hi Kathleen we take it seriously when guests let us know that we missed the mark, and after sending your feedback to the homeowner, they’d like to share the following:-We appreciate you letting us know about the coffee table as we were unaware, it will be inspected and repaired to ensure it is stable for future guests.-Evolve here: We do our best to set industry-competitive prices based on the property and surrounding area and use a dynamic pricing algorithm, which can fluctuate depending on the time of year or holiday season. We apologize if you didn't feel it was a good value. We’re glad the home was clean, conveniently located, and provided a backyard for your kids. Thanks for taking the time to leave your review.

The house is charming but felt a bit small for our group of eight adults. One of the bedrooms had a sofa bed that didn’t function properly and was not so clean, and the upstairs bedroom was difficult to cool, the AC unit wasn't quite strong enough for that space. Thankfully, the weather was cooler in the evenings. It's also worth noting that none of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms; all are located outside the rooms, which was particularly inconvenient for the master bedroom. On the positive side, the kitchen was excellent, well-equipped with quality appliances and plenty of supplies. The game room, located in a separate structure from the main house, looked fun and well-stocked, though we didn’t end up using it. Personally, I would have preferred that space be used as an additional bedroom. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The property manager, Rama, was fantastic, very responsive, friendly, and quick to address issues. When we reported the broken sofa bed, he promptly brought over two high-quality inflatable mattresses to accommodate us.Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but the house is better suited for groups of six or fewer, especially if you don’t mind having bathrooms located outside the bedrooms.

From the owner: "Thank you for your detailed feedback and for being such considerate guests. I’m so glad you enjoyed the kitchen, the quiet neighborhood, and the overall peaceful setting of the home. I also truly appreciate your kind words about my responsiveness; it’s always my priority to make sure guests feel cared for during their stay.I completely understand that your group preferred independent sleeping arrangements, which I respect. Just to clarify, the home’s capacity is based on queen beds accommodating two guests each, rather than one per queen bed. When the sofa bed issue came up, I was more than happy to provide high-quality air mattresses at my cost to ensure everyone was comfortable.I’m delighted your stay was still pleasant and memorable, and I’d be happy to welcome you back anytime."
