Perfect place for a relaxing get away! Right on the lake and the fire pit and kayaks were nice for the kids! There are lots of nice areas to walk nearby. House was clean and perfect for our family.

A pleasant surprise in Winter Haven.

The rental was a perfect fit for our family. Three generations ranging in age from 5 to 75 all found Flymansion to be all we hoped it would be and then some. The yard, the hot tub, the kayaks, the paddle board, fishing poles and pool table all got tons of use and were very much appreciated. Some of us even saw the beautiful sunrises over the lake in the mornings.

Excellent Stay

This was our annual men's trip. It was 12 of us and the house accommodated us well. The grill had propane and everyone had a place to sleep. The host/property manager communicated well. I highly recommend this house if you are in the Tampa, Winter haven area.

Perfect setting, layout, neighborhood and home to enjoy and spend time with family and friends. Spacious, clean and more than enough amenities to meet everyone's needs. Friendly neighborhood, beautiful walks. Peaceful sunrises near the fire pit and sunsets while sitting on the dock. Can't say enough about this oasis on Lake Mirror.

Fantastic stay at the Flymansion!

We had a great time with three families sharing this home for a long weekend. We were celebrating multiple birthdays. We are from the area, so we were very familiar with the neighborhood and location. It's super convenient to grocery stores, downtown, restaurants and shopping (5 min. or less to any of those things.) It's also a short drive to Legoland and Lakeland. The big dining room table was great for meals so we could all usually sit together. The kids had a blast using the pool table, playing hide and seek, and using the kayaks and fishing. We brought our boat and enjoyed the lake. We plan to book again in the future.

It was perfect for our needs. Everyone had a bed and they had some great amenities to use, especially when you are traveling. They had spices and oils and every appliance you could think of to cook and enough utensils for everyone to use.The sunrise and sunsets were beautiful and you can see them from the house. The game room was great. Really close to Legoland and restaurants and grocery store. We really had a good time and enjoyed the house. The owners and guest experience team were awesome and answered all our questions. And check in and check out was easy.

Amazing home away from home!

The property was beautiful. It was so nice being right on the lake. Having access to kayaks, fishing poles, bikes,etc made our stay super fun. We also really enjoyed watching the water skiing practice on the lake! The house was lovely. It was decorated nicely and was super comfortable and clean. Everything we needed was there. We really enjoyed the game room!! The information about stores, restaurants, etc was very helpful. The check in and check out process was super easy. The communication between the management team was wonderful. We had a fantastic stay and couldn’t have been more happy!

Lakes and Legos!

The property was absolutely spotless when we checked in. It is well appointed for cooking and grilling out, and beds were comfortable. Communication was quick and helpful. The outdoors and view are absolutely amazing, especially during sunrise over the lake. A bird/nature seeker’s paradise, even if you just sit out on the dock or patio. We also had a great time using the kayaks and paddle board and exploring the lake and channels as well. Bikes, boats, life jackets, etc are in good condition and easy to find. Hot tub was a nice place to relax. Overall a relaxing and comfy getaway at the lake!

Spectacular Property!

Where to begin? We were overwhelmed by how spectacular this home and property are! Gorgeous lakefront location, large, cozy home with everything from fluffy towels to comfy beds to high-end everything, including nightlights throughout. Everything inside and out was SPOTLESSLY clean. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, kayaks and SUPs. Many thanks to our contact, Nelson, who was easy to reach and very helpful. A quiet, lovely neighborhood with lots of wonderful local seafood restaurants. A VERY fun visit!

Spacious with very reliable support contact individual.

Nelson, our contact person, was the best. Answered all communications timely and able to resolve concerns. Home was spacious with many amenities. Clean and nicely decorated. Due to summertime heat the AC could not cool the second level above 78 degrees, which felt like 85. Difficult with children who needed to nap. Would not recommend a second floor rental in Florida, in the summertime. Toy closet outside had life preservers which guests wanted to use but did not know where to find them.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: -This is their first season owning the home, and they appreciate your feedback. They have hired a professional to install additional A/C support on the upper level to enhance the comfort of future guests. -The life preservers are out in the open on a shelf in the storage closet where the bikes, helmets, sand toys, and kayak/SUP paddles are located. Beautiful Spot and Spacious Home

The house was great! It was plenty spacious and was close enough to the softball fields for the Spring Games. Nothing beats having your own dock especially if you like to fish. Nelson, the property contact, was also super responsive. We needed paper towels and he had them delivered within minutes. The only down fall was after being there for one night, enjoying the fire pit and patio, there was a swarm of bugs that hatched and took over the garage port,entry way and patio grounds. It made it uncomfortable to sit out side or walk to the dock. Only my husband was able to still use the dock and lake for throwing a line. We were unable to grill, sit outside and had to manage these pesky things inside the kitchen as they would get in once we entered the front door. Being from the northeast, we were not familiar with these and was a bit overwhelming. Other than this, its the perfect house in Winter Haven. The other houses are delightful and very quiet neighborhood.

The owners thought about all details for a comfortable stay. Kitchen is very well stocked. You can find even boxes to go and ziplock bags, enough paper towels, grill utensils, etc.House is beautifully decorated. It was a clean and spacious house. Lego toys helped to occupy kids for few hours. Pull table, fridge and speaker was conveniently placed in a game room, was a highlight for adults.There are plenty of board games for kids and adults. We enjoyed beautiful view of the lake every morning watched sunrise, every evening we enjoyed firepit and s'mores. We loved kayaking it was a perfect day to "rest" and "prepare ourselves to spend another day with kids in theme parks. The owners have provided life jackets for adults and kids. There are sand toys for toddlers. We enjoyed fresh coconuts. The owners thought about it too. They provided a tool to get a coconut from a palm tree. You will have everything you need to elevate the trip to legoland with kids or simply enjoy peace and quite and beautiful scenery of the lake.
