Awesome home and vacation

From the time we opened up the beautiful front door and saw how elegant the foyer is we were taken a back by the beautiful home. Everything in the house is classy and so well done. It is pristine and furnished nicely. Loved the kitchen and the way everything is so easy to use. The refrigerators and the freezer are great. Each morning going out on the terrace was so relaxing while having breakfast and coffee and even a Bloody Mary to start the day. The pool is fantastic as well. It is a wonderful neighborhood and the front has a nice quiet road to take walks on. A view of the water is awesome. We even saw two rocket launches which come right over the dock and reflect in the lake. The owners of this home are wonderful and if anything is not right they will take care of it promptly. We will enjoy another visit in the future. If you decide to rent this gorgeous chateau, you will not be disappointed

Beautiful Lakefront Chateau

Everything was spectacular. The home is a spacious, very well-appointed and cared for, lakefront property, with a large screened, covered back living room with large pool. Very quiet neighborhood-just the sounds of birds. We have traveled throughout the world a bit - this is quite a find.

Workweek paradise!

We stayed during a work trip to Sun n Fun. Super comfortable, very large and well kept. We looked forward to coming back to the house each evening after work as the pool and surrounding neighborhood made for an incredibly comfortable stay. Thank you so much!

The house is grand but does need some updating. The carpets need to be replaced. Sure is a nice big housethat was grand in it's day.

The house, built in 1987, has recently undergone many updates, and we are committed to continue making significant investments to improve our home for future guests. - We use a cleaning team to professionally clean the home before each guest's stay, and they ensure it is spotless and safe prior to each guest's arrival. Carpets are professionally cleaned regularly to maintain cleanliness.- We were disheartened to find certain areas needing attention after your stay. Spilled drinks and damaged items were unexpected. We value respect for our property and are addressing these issues to maintain the grandeur of our home.We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Plz copy n paste the following review for the chateau: This location is breath-taking! The pictures don't do this place justice! The beautiful decor, marble floors, soft plush carpet, beautiful antic pieces, beautiful chandeliers, and so much more! Amazing! It was EXTREMELY CLEAN! Came with everything you need for a stay in a little peace of Paradise! Extra towels, paper towels, even measuring cups for perfection of an entree you desire to create in this perfectly constructed kitchen. Quiet, gorgeous, exquisite, a palace! I will be staying here everytime am in Winter Haven. This was a home away from home! The host were Incredibly! I recommend this location and give it 10 Stars because 5 just is not enough!

Gorgeous home. Definitely coming back.

We were happy to receive a few emails before our stay with instructions and videos about various things like how to use the front door lock, using appliances and ice maker as well as how to turn on some lights. When we arrived, the lock worked as described and we were inside. We had 3 couples, and the large home along with 5 bathrooms and 4 showers made it so easy to get ready to go out and do stuff. Lots of fun was had around the Pool - the Pool is spectacular! We rented a pontoon boat at Marine Supply and boated around the Chain of Lakes one day, which was so much fun. The house’s private dock with covered boat slip was great to have in the afternoon when it rained. There is so much to see and do around Winter Haven, everyone had a great time. One night we stayed in and cooked, Publix is less than a mile away. The kitchen has many brand-new appliances including a cool drawer microwave which we had never seen before. We enjoyed happy hour one afternoon and invited a few friends over. Everyone loved the house and hanging out on the pool patio. One of our friends played a couple songs on the piano, which was marvelous. Our mornings were relaxing with the amazing view overlooking the lake. We all Loved it! We’ll definitely be back this summer for more fun in this awesome home.

House was as listed however the pool was a major disappointment. It needed to be cleaned and vacuumed due to the amount of debris floating on the surface and the bottom of the pool. I picked this house specifically because it had a pool but we weren’t able to used it for the reasons outlined
