Everything was good but I did not realize that there would only be a small supply of toilet paper and paper towels. We were going to run out but could not find anything. I called Pat and she referred me to the contract. But she also came right over and brought out some more paper towels and toilet paper. Then we purchased some also. We thought that maybe a few people took it all with them and so they felt the need to lock it up. If that is the case that’s to bad. Other than that it was a great place. Outdoor shower. Very close to the ocean and comfortable beds. It was thoroughly enjoyable. I would absolutely stay there again.

The best place to stay on the Beach!

House was awesome, clean and beautiful! Right on the beach, quiet neighborhood. Owners/management were so accommodating and a joy. Definitely will stay again.

Friends and Family get away

We've stayed at this property for two years in a row now. The property and the lease management and owners are so lovely and easy to work with. Our three families have young children and they absolutely adore the Ocean (and crab hunting at night). The sunrise is amazing - one of the best views on Galveston from this home! Looking forward to our next visit!

Family getaway & reunion

We enjoyed the location and comfort of our beach rental. Everyone had a nice space and the owner made sure everything was working well with the property. We also appreciated the abundance of towels. Definitely would like to return on our next visit.

An amazing place but owner sent us pictures of marker stains and stains on couches that could have been done by previous renters. Even if we did do them, they could easily be cleaned with special cleaners. As adults with multiple children we clean these types of messes daily. That should be what the $400 cleaning fee is for. Sounded like she wanted to get some new items in her house so she filed a claim on crazy stuff.

Family friendly beach fun!

We had a great time with our family including two small kids (3 and 5). The house was very close to the water and at the end of a dead end street so it felt very safe with little traffic. Everything was very clean and well appointed. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Best trip ever!!!!

We are so lucky we found this gem for our mini vacay. It was absolutely perfect!!! Beautiful property very spacious and clean and looked brand new!!! Had all of the amenities made it feel like home!! They kitchen had everything you could ask for if you wanted to cook. The beds were so comfortable and cozy!! The deck had an amazing view of the beach which was literally a few steps away from us. The driveway was roomy and fit our vehicles perfectly!! It had it all literally!!! The property manager was so nice and helpful. The owner had great communication as well. It was just minutes away from places to eat and entertainment !!!We couldn’t of asked for a better place it was breathtaking!!! The pictures online didn’t do it justice so much prettier and spacious in person!!!Thank you for sharing this beautiful home with us and letting us make some great memories!!! Will definitely be back again!!! Just can’t say enough of this place it’s just perfect!!!

Great Stay!!

This trip was everything that we could’ve hoped for. Five senior ladies just enjoying the beautiful weather and a great house. This house was the cleanest house that I had ever stayed in in Galveston. The property managers were great. Would definitely rent this house again.

Excellent location

This beach cottage is in an excellent location. Steps from the beach and an easy drive to all that Galveston Island has to offer. Very nice that the beach is private! The neighborhood was extremely quiet. We spent much of the morning and evenings on the deck overlooking the water. As for the house itself, it is well-represented in the photos online, but for one exception. There is a picture looking from the half bath into a bedroom and it looks like that bedroom has a queen bed plus bunk bed. That bedroom is actually the same bedroom as another pictured with two queen beds. The description of the house is correct; the pictures just make it a little confusing. All of the mattresses were very comfortable, however, we had to get the sheets replaced on three of the beds as they were very pilly. The replacement sheets ended up being pilly, too, so we just turned the fitted sheets inside out (upside-down?), and they were fine like that. There are lots of beach toys provided, although we didn't need them as our youngest is 13. Several plastic adirondack chairs were nice for the beach, as well. There were a couple of short, folding beach chairs, but they are getting to the end of their lives w/ rust (to be expected this close to the beach). Not many house rentals come with beach chairs/toys, so that was one of the reasons we chose this house. We would definitely recommend the Beach Peach!

Spring Break Getaway

The house was just perfect! The beach is just steps away from the house and the house was clean and ready for us upon arrival! Jennifer, the property manger was fantastic and we plan to stay here again in the summer!

Perfect Beach Weekend

Perfect location right on the beach. House was clean, beds were comfortable, and everything was there for a great weekend. Will definitely stay here again next time we're in Galveston.

Relaxing weekend getaway

Home was perfect for a weekend away. Decorated to make you feel at home at the beach as soon as you walk in. Large 4 bedroom if you need the space. Easy to sit on the porch to watch the waves of you don’t want to take a walk to look for shells. Great location and loved the peacefulness of the neighborhood. Would definitely come back again but maybe next time not January so I can swim.

Wonderful getaway!

We rented this house for a quick Christmas getaway with family. There were some issues with the electricity, and even though it was a city issue and nothing to do with the house, the property manager and her husband were wonderful and took extremely good care of us. The electricity issues had fried the oven, but even despite that, we had an incredible time. The house is right on the beach, very clean, and updated, and has gorgeous views. We will be back!

Perfect location on the beach

We had a beautiful weekend on the beach! Perfect for a large group with plenty of little ones in tow. Especially appreciate the well large supply of towels as we were so close to the beach we came and went numerous times per day!

The morning sunrise view is beautiful from the front porch. There are plenty of beach toys for children and chairs for us. We loved our stay at Beach Peach and cannot wait to come back. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

Unquestionably the Best

This place was fantastic! It was extremely comfortable, clean, spacious, great kitchen and kid friendly. Plus some of the most amazing points about this beach house are the fact that it is literally a few steps from the beach and without question the best view in Galveston. Also, it's approximately 6 minutes from the nearest convenience market and even after hours the closest 24-hour convenience store is only about 10 minutes away. There is even a seemingly endless amount of beach toys for my kiddos. There is no doubt I will be back and because of how great the house and everything about our trip was we may even return within a year! The only issue we had was with the TVs located in the guest room and children's room ( there are TVs in every room) which with one text message the unit manager was able to arrive in about 20 minutes and fix the problem. Thank you to everyone involved in making our family vacation and introducing my kids to the beach a wonderful experience!
