Nestled directly on the main canal, you'll enjoy stunning sunrise views, your own private dock, and easy access to the water for boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, or just casting a line right from the deck. Kayaks and pedal boat included! Take the bikes for a spin around the neighborhood or to the nearby beach. Enjoy a dip in the hot tub after a day exploring the island.
Upstairs, the large sun deck is ideal for morning coffee or afternoon lounging, while the downstairs area features shaded seating surrounded by tropical landscaping. The private dock includes a fish cleaning station, underwater fishing lights, and a canal ladder for easy water access. After a day on the water or beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and relax in one of the multiple outdoor seating areas. The fenced yard provides a safe space for children and pets, and the two-car garage is stocked with beach toys, fishing gear, and foosball! With driveway parking for up to four vehicles, there's room for everyone.
