The open plan kitchen, dining and living area offer a light-filled space to unwind when you're not out and about exploring the sights. Pick up some fresh produce at the local farmers' market to cook up at home, where you'll find a kitchen that has all the essentials needed to prepare meals, including a fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, and other basics such as pots, pans and utensils.

Dine inside at the four-seater table or slide open the doors from the lounge area and eat on the balcony. Afterwards, kick back on the sofa and watch some TV or choose from a selection of books and reading material. Guests also have access to the building's communal rooftop, offering outdoor seating as well as a pool and spectacular views overlooking the city.

The bedroom features a queen bed accommodating two guests, while a sofa bed sleeping an additional two guests is available on request. In the bathroom, you'll find a shower as well as all the essentials – soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hair dryer – for guest use.

In addition to the rooftop area and unheated pool, the building's shared amenities include a gym, sauna, and secure undercover parking.

You'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to food and entertainment, with all the attractions of this popular dining and cultural district right on your doorstep. Start your day by heading over the road to local favourite Brickfields Bakery for a delicious artisan pastry, then wander the many nearby galleries and restaurants before enjoying a local production at Chippen Street Theatre.

Central Station is less than 15 minutes' walk, from here you can take a short train ride into the city or Circular Quay. There's also a bus station servicing Sydney's eastern suburbs and beaches. Other local attractions include Carriageworks Farmers Market, held on Saturdays, and the boutique shopping and laneways of neighbouring Surry Hills.

Stays of 21 days or more will incur an additional $120 fee, charged separately, to cover the cost of a deep clean and maintain the property's cleanliness after an extended stay. In-stay cleans are available for $275 and include a full cleaning service with professionally laundered fresh linen.

Sydney is a warm, urban city, and occasionally a bug or two may find its way inside, sometimes through a window or balcony door. This property has been professionally treated at the start of summer and a spray is provided as a backup. This can occur and is quite common in city homes, and does not reflect the cleanliness of the property.

Sustainable, refillable toiletries are provided and are intended to be reused, not discarded. These items help reduce single-use plastic waste. If any bottles are thrown away or removed, replacement costs will be charged to the guest.
