Unité au sixième étage avec vue panoramique sur le golfe. Condo entièrement mis à jour avec toutes les commodités modernes, y compris 3 télévisions à écran plat et WIFI. Récemment rénové toute la cuisine avec de nouvelles armoires, des appareils en acier et des comptoirs en granit.

Memorial Day Week Stay

This condo worked out wonderfully for our family of 4. All the rooms were clean and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and the like so we couls enjoy meals from the balcony.

2024 Vacay!

The place was great! The location was awesome! Right on the beach next to a great restaurant!!! The kitchen had everything needed to cook meals! It would have been nice if there were some beach chairs there to use, but other than that it was a great vacation!!

Perfect family vacation!

This was a long-awaited trip for us and the kids and it did not disappoint! The condo was excellent! Great location and it didn't hurt that the weather cooperated! Two thumbs up and 5 stars!!

Amazing Views

The property itself was very well maintained. We were able to wake up daily and watch the dolphins from our balcony. The market directly across the street was very handy. The host was very responsive and great to deal with. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Love the location

This property is attached to the Sea ‘N Suds restaurant in the beach, making it very convenient for eating out. Also within walking distance to The Hangout and convenience stores. We’ve stayed in this condo before and will stay here again - it’s perfect.

Great place to stay!

I stayed here with my husband and two kids. We had a blast and loved how conveniently located it is. Also, it’s not a super high rise so the beach in front of the property wasn’t super crowded. There is an Island Market directly across the street that is convenient if you need bread or ice or something like that. The condo kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of pots and pans, plates, etc. that you would need to cook meals. I would stay here again!

Perfect spot for a family vacation

We were with several other families all staying at the Boardwalk. We love the location~ on the gulf, near Sea-n-Suds, walking distance to the Hangout and the center of town. Our condo was beautiful!! Very well appointed and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable and our boys liked having a tv in their room. Pete was our contact and so accommodating and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to this condo! We love Gulf Shores and have enjoyed every moment here!!!

Condo had few issues but always good stay in Gulf Shores

The bed made the worse sound ever (and had two black hairs on it when i pulled sheets down first time); the guest bathroom fan sounded like a barking dog, the couches were stained (and a piece of plywood lay between the cushions)and the balcony was uncleaned at all. GREAT LOCATION but price ALMOST same as rooms at the Lighthouse. Will not visit agian.

Great time. A couple things...

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and we would stay there again. We love the location, the pool and the large patio. The updates are really nice! Great job. It was quiet. We slept well. A few suggestions: 1. Replace a few outlets. Some don't work. A couple others are old and the cord comes out easily. 2. The two doors to the balcony need new door knobs and knob parts. The latches and strike plates need to be replaced. They are rusted. One door doesn't latch without using the dead bolt. 3. Keep an eye on the shower liners and either clean them or replace them regularly. One was a little moldy. 4. We would have vacuumed to try and clean the sand. We tried. The vacuums that are there don't work. 5. That sleeper sofa has seen better days. I think it's time to get a new one. Going from sofa to bed and back is a pain, especially with that board that is used to keep people from sinking.

The location was perfect. Directly across street was a store that had almost everything you would need. Within walking distance 0.5 miles to the hangout and everything else. Thank you so much for allowing us to rent.

Best spot on the beach!

The Boardwalk is the best location on the "strip". The beachfront is less crowded than the condos on either side. Condo 683 is a very spacious 2 bdrm space for a family. The master bedroom has a king bed that was very comfy. We brought our own pillows because that's just how we travel. I worried about the condo prior to our arrival because I had seen a couple of less than favorable, reviews. I would like to address a couple of things. The shower in the master does drain slowly. I can certainly see why. We washed head to toe to remove sand from ourselves before heading up to the condo every time. It never failed that when showering there would be remnants of sand in the bottom of the tub. I would wipe it up to avoid it going in the drain. If you can tell me that you shower and have zero grains of sand, then you need to tell us your trick. I imagine that those sand remnants build up over time in the plumbing of all of the condos. So if you shower in the master and it drains a bit slow, please don't make a big fuss. The 2nd bath shower drained very well. I assume it gets used less. The kitchen is beautiful with updated appliances. We didn't use the dishwasher so I can't speak to the ease of use. There was every single item in the kitchen that we needed. Toaster, crockpot, plates, cups, cutlery, utensils of all kinds, Pyrex bakeware, tupperware like containers, microwave, coffee pot. We are coffee junkies and will definitely bring our Keurig with us next year. (Because there will be a next year!) The washer and dryer were FABULOUS! They were a very nice, updated washer and dryer. Someone mentioned that the only water that would come out was hot water. No. Turn the dial to warm or cool and the water will be cold. The hoses may be hooked up incorrectly. But seriously, just play with the water temp dial and you will get cold water. Again, this is not something that I would complain about. This is not an owner issue, this is a cleaning issue. The condo was very dusty. Renters pay a considerable cleaning fee so I feel that it shouldn't be dusty. And yes, the couch is outdated. Who cares?! If you go for the couch, you are doing it wrong. It served it's purpose for us. The decor is nice. The flower arrangement on the dining table was BEAUTIFUL. The book shelf was stocked, thank you for that. This condo is great. I would recommend it highly to anyone and everyone.

Would never stay there again!

This property was in need of many updates and repairs. As soon as we walked in a bad smell hit us. We noticed black areas all over the ceiling were there had once been mold or there was mold. That is where the problems started. The kitchen sink leaked and sprayed everywhere, the washer only had scalding hot water to rinse, the beds were hard as rocks and pillows were horrible, tub and sink in master wouldn’t drain, bathroom were horribly outdated and dirty, the furniture was filthy. The overall appearance was very poor. We actually went out and bought pillows and blankets. The only redeeming quality was the location, view, and the pool.

Beach getaway.

We had some issues with the ac and the wifi, but were resolved quickly. The oven was dirty and smoked when we used it, and the sofa is so worn it wasn’t much better than sitting on the floor. Overall, good view from balcony and good location.

Center of it all

Perfect location! Within walking distance of many restaurants and things to do. We usually go for more remote accommodations but this one was perfect.

I am an original owner in Boardwalk and have been investing in the area since the early '80's. I absolutely love Boardwalk and Gulf Shores and hope to retire there as soon as I can.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Boardwalk is a well managed property located close to everything. The pool area has a huge deck and the Sea N Suds restaurant is right there (best shrimp sandwich and fresh oysters found anywhere).
