Summer vacation

Lovely residence in a quiet area not far from restaurants and activities in / around North Conway. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and plenty of available children’s books and toys.

Great place for a family getaway!

Lovely home, perfect for our family of 5. We especially loved the view out the master bedroom window. Lots of amenities that made it easy for us to travel lighter with kids - toys, games, pack and play, coffee supplies, laundry, dishwasher pods, etc. Everything at this property is really well thought out for hosting guests.We enjoyed visiting Story Land, Santa’s Village, Diana’s Baths, North Conway downtown, and the outlets during our time hereSonia was extremely communicative and responsive before and during the trip

Perfect ski getaway

We stayed here for a ski weekend with family at Cranmore Mountain. The location was perfect - minutes from Cranmore and minutes to restaurants and shops. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. The kitchen was complete with everything needed to cook. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. Sonia was easy to contact and kept me up to date about everything I needed to know for my weekend there. I hope to stay here again in the future!

Awesome condo

Awesome condo. Immaculate, well appointed and very comfortable beds. The owner was so welcoming and attentive. Great location. Close to downtown North Conway but still in a nice quiet location. We could not have asked for more. Thank you Sonia.

Family weekend getaway

Had a wonderful time spending it with my daughter, her husband and my two grandchildren. Very close to indoor Waterpark and Living Shores aquarium. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.Very disappointed that we had to leave one day earlier due to incoming snow storm. Home was very nice and comfortable! Had plenty of toys and game to play with my grandchildren, which they loved. Would definitely come back again.

We had a wonderful time at the property! We felt like we were at home! The owners are very kind and welcoming. The condo is stocked with everything you can think of. You seriously can eat off the floor that’s how clean the condo is. It is decorated so well! we can’t wait to come back in the spring!!! Home away from home!

Great Home away from Home!

The house was very comfortable and clean! What I love about this rental was how much it felt more like a home than a rental. The kitchen was fully stocked to use and the towels were amazing! I forgot to bring towels and expected cheaper towels that do not really dry you, this was the complete opposite! Sonya is an amazing host who truly cares about you having the perfect experience! The toys were a huge hit for my boys and an added bonus! The location is perfect to everything! The backyard view to the mountains was amazing to wake up too!!!

New stylish townhouse

Very clean and new color scheme black handles and hinges bathrooms include handheld shower heads.home has everyrhing you need if you wanna cook or just enjoy your time along with a big screen tv in the living room and tvs in both bedrooms with memory foam mattress which was very comfortable.Sonia was helpful and in contact thru the whole process.

We had such an amazing stay here in North Conway! This place was ever better than pictured. It was beyond clean. I am that person who cleans the bathroom and checks every linen whenever staying somewhere. I can happily say I did not have to do that here. This place was immaculate. Everything was clean and organized. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything we could have needed to get through our few days with 3 kiddos. It is great for adults, but the kids had the best time. There was a great selection of games and books for them to go through when we needed some quiet time, and they loved that they could play alone in the basement playroom. It was a quiet tucked away area off main road, with easy access to everything but without the noise of traffic. The pool was a quick walk right across the street and it was very quiet and private there as well. The beds, linens and pillows were very comfortable. Sonia was beyond amazing to us. She was available and super communicative whenever we needed her. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because this is the best experience. We can’t wait to go back!

The home was very cozy and comfortable. It was very clean. The host was very friendly and helpful. The best part was the view of the mountains from the master bedroom. Absolutely beautiful.
