Ponderosa Homestead is located just a short drive from the Hunter Expressway and is only a few minutes to The Vintage Golf Course, the township of Branxton and Huntlee featuring a Coles, Tavern, and speciality shops to stock up on provisions for your stay. With top restaurants, vineyards, cellar doors and concert venues located within a short drive of the property makes Ponderosa Homestead the perfect accommodation location for your next stay in Wine Country.

Ponderosa Homestead features five large bedrooms, two bathrooms both with bathtubs for indulgent relaxation and a further 2 en-suites, multiple living/dining areas, one of which includes a nine-foot pool table, perfect for friendly competitions and fun evenings. Enjoy a modern and well-appointed kitchen to create memorable meals and enjoy the gourmet produce you collect on your food and wine trails.Â

The massive, sparkling in-ground pool is so inviting and the perfect spot to linger and relax on a hot summer days. Beyond the pool, you'll discover a purpose built wooden seated fire pit area next to the dam, perfect for cosy winter evenings while star gazing with a glass of fine Hunter wine. The entire property is kept comfortable all year round with reverse cycle air conditioning and thereâs a laundry with washer and dryer when needed.

A 1-night stay may be accepted at discretion of Management within 14 days of the prospective arrival date. A surcharge is applicable on the 1-night stay, this will be calculated by our staff and quoted to you before the booking is confirmed.
Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods require a minimum 3 night stay full weekend rate.
Concert and special event weekends in the Hunter Valley will have a set minimum night requirement to stay and may attract a surcharge.
