Relax in the spacious living area, where you can unwind after a day of exploring, or step out onto the lanai with a glass of wine to enjoy the serene view and the daily visit from a multitude of birds. The condo is turnkey furnished and includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. You'll also have your own private garage, a rare and valuable feature.
The kitchen is beautifully updated with a large convection oven/microwave, perfect for all your cooking needs, even though it doesn't have a separate full-size oven. This shouldn't be a concern, as you're on vacation! Siesta Key offers an array of dining options just a short distance away. You can take advantage of the island's free ride pedicabs or drive, as the vibrant restaurant scene is less than three miles away.
Upon arrival at Gulf & Bay Club Bayside, you'll be captivated by the beauty, serenity, and charm of this "Key West" style village. Stroll along the community path to the fishing dock, where you can take in the breathtaking views of the Intracoastal Waterway. Here, you might catch a fish, spot jumping dolphins, or even see a manatee.
Our spacious units, individually owned and decorated, are surrounded by lush, tropical landscaping, shell paths, and tranquil lakes with soothing fountains. Gulf and Bay Club Bayside offers a variety of on-site activities, including two heated pools, two tennis courts that can be converted to pickle-ball courts, and an exercise room. BBQ grills are also available for all guests to use, making it easy to enjoy a meal outdoors.
House Rules: No Motorcycles, golf carts, RVs, boats, or trailers allowed. No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties. No Pets.
