Great Property and Location

Nice, well-maintined condo in a convenient location in Siesta Key. Unfortunately had to cut our trip short due to Milton, but owner was excellent to work with and will definitely look for this property on our next trip to Siesta.

We enjoyed our week in this condo. It has a great view of the bay! It’s a short walk to the South Village and public beach access. We would stay again.

Very enjoyable stay

The condo was as described and depicted. We enjoyed the view of the waterway from the condo. The pool was nice. The beach is a bit of a walk, but public transportation is easy and available. Overall, great stay.

Great Stay!

This condo has a great view of the canal. You can literally have your coffee every morning by the water. We stayed for 9 days and will be back looking for Christine’s place!! Centered perfectly on Siesta Key saw all the sites and beaches. We didn’t need a thing, Christine has everything you need and plus!

5 STARS ! Your place meet all of our needs from the kitchen having all basic needs to the bed so comfortable, the open floor plan to the porch with a beautiful view perfect for anyone looking for privacy and convenience to the pool and your location is perfect not to mention the fact there were no stairs! We highly recommend your place !

Excellent unit in great location

The property has a holiday feel. It’s well presented and has everything you need. The position is excellent backing onto the bay side of Siesta Key with great views of the bay from the lanai. We enjoyed relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening watching the dolphins and manatee from the small fishing pier close to the property. Christine was easy to deal with and responded quickly. It’s a really nice place and we would definitely stay there again.

Clean, Good Value, Good Time

Very clean, nice condo. There is a king bed in the large bedroom and queen bed in the smaller bedroom. Fixtures and appliances are older but well-kept. The tree and view out the back are beautiful. The grill, pier, and picnic tables are also nice but are “public” spaces. They can get noisy when other families are using them. The bathroom is on the small side but there is plenty of hot water and water pressure. The drive back to the condo is narrow but the covered parking space is a bonus. All-in-all we had a great time. It is in a convenient location and a good value for the price we paid. We would rent it again and recommend it to friends.

We really appreciated our stay here, the flat kept us safe and dry during hurricane Debbie when every other lots were flooded. It was perfect for the rest of the trip, going to the nearby beach or just chilling in cool AC.

Superbes vacances

Beau condo bien situĂ©. Petit et un peu vieillot, mais le fait d’avoir une vue magnifique Ă  l’arriĂšre compense trĂšs bien. La plage est de l’autre cĂŽtĂ© de Midnight Pass Road, on peut prendre le trolley pour s’y rendre ou marcher. Christine rĂ©pond trĂšs rapidement si on a un questionnement. Exemple: la sĂ©cheuse ne fonctionnait pas. Je lui ai Ă©crit et le lendemain, un rĂ©parateur rĂ©glait le problĂšme. Alors nos 2 enfants et nous sommes trĂšs heureux de notre sĂ©jour Ă  Siesta Key, merci Christine!

Great place to stay! Mosquitos are terrrrible though.

This was a pretty great place to stay, we really enjoyed it! However, the mosquitos are quite bad on the bay side (which is where this place is located). Just something to consider! We were covered in bug bites the first day. Also, it is a decent walk to the public Siesta beach. There are a few amenities that the place offers that are not listed on the booking page - a washer and dryer, a hair dryer, shampoo/ conditioner, beach towels, some sun lotions, fishing rods, and some beach gear (chairs, umbrella). This was a huge plus for us, as we were pleasantly surprised by these! Would definitely stay here again!

Got the job done

It got the job done for the low-budget price. The property was clean, but the pictures online were deceiving. The appliances, decor, and furniture were severely outdated. Kudos to the owner for very prompt service - the air conditioner was broken when we arrived late at night and it was fixed within 12 hours. The walk to the beach was doable, but longer than anticipated - a solid 15-20 minutes. The view of the bay was really pretty, the neighborhood was quiet and safe, and the pool was excellent. Overall it was great for a few nights and we would return.

Everything was good. No issues property is a little dated but the beaches are nice and it is close to a lot of restaurants and also Lido beach was only 20 mins away great central place to stay. Neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing the pool on site was great we enjoyed ourselves a lot great 2 weeks

Cute location with the bay and docks behind the condos. Everything was pretty good. Our only gripe was that the place is a little bit dirty. Floors made our feet dirty, and the furniture/ appliances could use an update. Also, in the listing it says "minutes from the beach", it should say minutes drive, not a walk. We were surprised to see everything directly in front of the condos were private beaches.

You will want for nothing at Joe's place. From dishes/towels/cooler/beach chairs/beach bags and more. Beautiful condo facing the bay along with a fantastic, enclosed, porch. Trolly is right there too! Close to everything and there is a nice pool. Highly recommended! Thanks Joe!
