Escape to our beautiful coastal retreat, where luxury and comfort meet for the perfect family getaway. Relax by the sparkling pool or let the kids enjoy the dedicated play areas. Gather for meals indoors or at the outdoor BBQ, with both spaces comfortably seating up to ten guests. The ground floor offers three inviting bedrooms—2 with queen beds and a bunk room for four children. Upstairs, unwind in the serene parents’ sanctuary featuring stunning sea views.

This property is strictly for families. We request no parties or disturbances to respect our neighbours. We reside nearby and are available should you require assistance; otherwise, your privacy is our priority. You may contact us through your booking channel from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. In case of emergencies, please dial 000 for Fire or Police services.

Coogee Beach, WA, stretches for 3.7 km, starting from the northern side of the seawall and curving up to James Rocks. Part of the southern beach is within a regional park, with Jervoise Bay Sailing Club at its southernmost point. Coogee is roughly a 20-minute drive from Fremantle, offering warm summers and mild autumns and springs. The beach is perfect for both relaxation and water activities. Nearby attractions include Perth's very own theme-park; Adventure World, along with Manning Reserve, and Bibra Lake Reserve. Additionally historic Fremantle, rich in culture and excitement, is just next door to Coogee.

BOOKING AGENTS & CORPORATE ACCOUNTS:

▶︎ Guest’s contact details will be collected via our Pre-Arrival Form.
(guests must submit a government-issued photo ID of the lead guest and potentially provide proof of payment matching the ID)
▶︎ Baby equipment (highchair, cot, car seat, etc.) is available upon request for a fee
▶︎ The pool maintenance person will attend each Thursday to check the pool and water the plants. They will not enter the house and you do not need to be home.
Please note that credit card and processing fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Please note: Check-outs on Sundays and Public Holidays may incur a surcharge of up to double the standard cleaning fee, due to higher operating costs on these days.
