Great location, shops, beach, eateries and bars within walking distance. First Vrbo that had plenty of towels and kitchen items, including foil, baggies and Saran Wrap! We enjoyed our stay at the beach quarters #4.

Beach Quarters fit our needs perfectly!

Beach quarters condo was in an awesome location! Walkable to coffee, corner mart, restaurants and Gulfport beach. Quick drive to St. Pete’s beach. The condo was clean, well organized with all of our needs met. If you plan to do laundry don’t forget to bring quarters for the machines. That was the only thing I was missing.

Not what we expected

My husband and I decided to stay here for our honeymoon this past weekend for 3 nights and while the property itself wasn’t terrible, it definitely wasn’t what we expected. Considering all we have to go by when renting a place to stay is the pictures, every difference matters. The furniture in the living room and bedroom are different, not quite as nice as the pictures and the bathroom, specifically the tiling in the shower itself is not a great sight. Not to mention a few small pieces of hair along the shower walls which leads me to think the shower itself wasn’t wiped let alone rinsed down. Additionally, we didn’t have hot water our entire stay- no matter how long we let the water run. Granted it wasn’t freezing cold, having a hot shower is pretty important and nice to have even on vacation. Lastly, for our entire stay we weren’t able to lock the door. We followed the directions on the portal- entering the code and pressing the kwikset button while holding the door shut but after multiple attempts at trying to get it to lock we ended up packing our belongings in our car for our sanity. The manager reached out to check if we resolved our issue but when we came back later on in the day, the door still would not lock with the keypad. We’re not sure if anyone ever came out or anything as we were never notified. Honestly staying here for our honeymoon was not enjoyable from not having a hot shower to having to pack up our belongings in our car when we left the property.

The property was exactly as advertised. In fact it was better. Very spacious, definitely very clean. We were on the main street with everything available. We could eat, drink, hear music, go to the beach all within a couple minutes walk. Across the street was a great Italian restaurant but you need to make sure you do reservations. It's worth it. The beach is close by. The music is everywhere. And the people are great. Met a lot of really great people. We enjoyed just walking and listening to music and having dinner. It's also close to St. Pete beach if you want to head out there. Overall this was a great trip and we will be back for a longer stay.
