Lumineux et lumineux espace en bord de mer sur la baie de Boca Ciega avec un design de chalet rustique dans la maison historique (unité arrière du duplex) avec des planchers de bois franc, ET un vaste jardin avec plage semi-privée (partagée avec les invités d'une autre unité non publique) dans Gulfport pittoresque et éclectique. Cette chambre d'une chambre dans un emplacement privilégié dispose d'une grande baignoire avec vue sur l'eau!

Il n'est pas nécessaire de conduire pour profiter de la paix du sable et de la mer, des oiseaux côtiers et de la vie marine, et des restaurants, des magasins, de la musique en direct, des promenades artistiques, de la pêche, de la balle et de la balançoire, du marché des fermiers à quelques pas. Ou sautez dans la voiture et soyez à St. Pete Beach en 10-12 minutes. Aéroport international de Tampa en moins de 30, chic au centre-ville de St. Pete en moins de 10 ans. Amazing !

My guests and I loved our stay ! The property is very cute and great for pictures and casual lounging. The little town within walking distance has everything you need besides a large commercial store and is also very cute. Any issues or concerns were answered immediately and very professionally. I loved staying here and would definitely come back or recommend to others !

What a View!

The view from this property is so pretty and peaceful! We really enjoyed our stay. It was nice to be so close to the shops and restaurants of downtown Gulfport.

Wonderful

Quiet, quaint little place to stay close to the beach. I stayed by myself and was able to walk to the beach, coffee and quickly Lyft/uber if needed elsewhere or to the airport! Very cute!

Great property and amazing location!

We had a great stay here! The property was just as described, we had very clear communication with the owner and the location can’t be beat. Just a short walk to incredible restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be back!

Great Location

Communication with property manager was great, location was perfect. Easy walk to restaurants, bars and breakfast. Minutes away from St Pete Beaches. Will definitely rebook in the future.

Hosts were amazing, quick to answer questions and always wanted to be sure we were comfortable. Location is amazing, walked to the Pier, fantastic food (we highly recommend Drunken Tacos). Quick drive to St. Pete’s. All around perfect place to rest your head.

Fireworks Extravaganza

This property is exactly what we expected. We stayed here because the fireworks were being displayed right off the shoreline. The view was amazing and everything we wanted. The only thing I would want vacationers to know is that the property is not actually "beachfront" but rather "bay" front. It is on Bocca Ceiga Bay. If you're not concerned with that you should really enjoy your stay.

Quaint and rustic gem

We had a great time with our pup at this place! He was able to play in the water at the small beach behind the property a little bit when the tide was up. There is also a huge backyard! The stairs entering the unit are a bit steep so not a great stay for older dogs, but other than that, we loved the location! The shower/tub is unique but also could be a bit difficult for folks that don’t stretch and bend like they used to. Would stay again!

Great location

Perfect location within walking distance to the Gulfport restaurants, shops and park. We were visiting family close by, so we only used the house to shower and sleep, which was acceptable for our needs. The courtyard needs some work as the grass and weeds were too high making access to the outdoor furniture difficult.

Gulfport getaway

We booked this as it was close to our home while it was being refurnished due to the hurricanes. The location is absolutely fantastic! We came with our pups and they had the BEST time the one afternoon me and my partner sat on the deck chairs and watched our pups run after one another in the water and through the trees on the beach. It really was magical waking up each morning and seeing the fog on the water and the beautiful sunsets on the evening. The dogs were so happy, they even had an outdoor shower with doggy shampoo to wash them down with afterwards! Very thoughtful. Our unit was beach themed and quaint complete with roku and internet and full kitchen etc. The house is next to the veterans park which we walked through each morning and the restaurants and cafes were so close everything is within walking distance. My partner just said it was like a little slice of paradise ! 100% recommend.

Clean and quiet

We really enjoyed our stay. It was on the water, which my wife loved. Several times we walked to the park and once we walked out to eat locally. The property seems out of the way, down side streets, but we weren’t really that far from anything. The property was very clean and the property manager responded very well to all of our questions.

Location !!! Authentic charm!

Cool place on the water in Gulfport. Literally a 2 minute walk to all the fun stuff . Next door to the pier, but separated from the activity by a quiet veterans park. Nice to hang out by water and enjoy the peace and then walk over to a the brewery or cantina (and more) for a drink/bite. Historic feeling home with all the original charm - very comfy with everything you need. I would definitely come back. Gulfport is funky and fun!

We celebrated one year with our property in vacation rental in March 2015, and we are excited to offer our our little slice of paradise to travelers. While our photo shows my husband, myself and my son, I, Lisa, am the one handling the details of your visit. My background is in film & TV and I work as a consultant, coach and producer to assist people in amplifying their prosperity by using media on the web. My husband is a metal artist (you can see his public art pieces in Gulfport - the Pelicans at Gulfport Beach behind the Casino and the Arch at the Art Village).

I am a 5 Rhythms dancer and I also enjoy practicing yoga at Yoga Moves in St. Petersburg.

I had been in the house several years before I discovered it was on the market in 1999 - I put in a full price offer without ever even looking at it again! I have felt such a deep sense of peace, fun and possibility on this property. On the edge of the quaint town of Gulfport, it truly is paradise! Yes, it's quirky and eclectic, and it is fabulous and comfortable, and, well, paradise...
